It was easy checking in since they send you all the details a few hours before you come. There is no reception, but staff are responsive when you sms them. The place is clean, but it would have been better if both bathrooms had provision of toiletries. The shampoo, conditioner and soap were only available to one of the bathrooms, so we just ended up using one when it would have been easier to be able to use both given that we are family. One of the toilets had something dripping from the roof so we had to put towel on the floor. It would have also been good if they can replace even just the bathroom mats daily as they get wet after showering. Parking is limited though; you have to try to be back to your hotel early so you can park. Good thing, you can just walk to shops and eateries at night. The cleaner before checking out was actually friendly and nice. That was the only in person encounter we had. We don't mind staying in the same hotel again next time.
