The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need, from a dishwasher and electric cooktop to a large fridge and coffee pod machine.
The dining area comfortably seats 10, with an additional four bar stools at the breakfast bench—perfect for casual meals.
Also on this level is a queen bedroom, along with a bathroom, powder room, and laundry equipped with a washing machine and dryer for added convenience.
Upstairs, a second living area provides a relaxed retreat, complete with a lounge, bean bags, a TV and DVD player, and reverse cycle air conditioning.
