Set on 60 acres of picturesque farmland just on the edge of Bright, this charming homestead is the perfect base for your High Country getaway. Perched above the Ovens River and fronting the iconic Great Alpine Road, Bright Holiday Homestead combines country comfort with unbeatable views and plenty of space for the whole family. It is only a short cycle to join the Rail Trail and just 1km to the centre of town.
Ideal for couples, families, or groups, the fully self-contained home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across four spacious bedrooms. The master suite features a king bed and private spa ensuite, while additional rooms offer a mix of queen beds, single beds, and bunk beds to suit a variety of group configurations.
The generous living area provides a relaxed setting to unwind, with ample room for gathering, dining, or simply enjoying the peaceful surrounds while watching the cattle graze below. The second bathroom includes a separate shower and a large spa bath – perfect for soaking after a day exploring Bright’s nearby trails, wineries, or snowfields. Enjoy full access to all living areas and bathrooms during your stay. Please note that extra bedrooms may be locked if not booked in advance.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome to join your stay, though we kindly ask that they remain off the furniture.

Outside firepit. Please note wood will not be supplied, you will need to purchase from the local supermarket or service station.

Spa ensuite located off the King bedroom, 2nd bathroom features a separate shower and large spa bath

BBQ located within outdoor undercover seating area and large grassed lawns and garden paths for play. Outdoor firepit also available, wood not supplied. Bike racks, enclosed yard, washing line & pegs.

Carport and large off street car park for several cars. Open veranda great for keeping bikes and river inflatables etc under cover.
PET FRIENDLY
This property is pet friendly, has a large, enclosed yard (once the front gate is enclosed) but we ask that you keep pets off the furniture and clean up after them.
