The large dock has plenty of space to spread out and is suitable for boats to dock. Head up the lawn to the expansive deck which provides plenty of space for entertainment and a perfect spot for enjoying a morning cup of coffee while looking at the lake. Unwind in the living room with a book, all while having a gorgeous panoramic view of Highland lake. Walk up the beautiful spiral staircase to the loft, featuring 4 beds; truly a dream space for large groups/ families. Conveniently located within a five minute drive of downtown Bridgton as well as ten minutes to Pleasant Mountain ski resort, this cabin is the perfect retreat for year-round enjoyment!

Holiday stay at Bear House

We had an amazing stay at the Bear House. Our hosts were amazing and the communication was excellent. The property is beautiful, so cozy and wonderful lake views. I had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It is clean and cozy and perfect for families. The location was stunning. Several steps to the lake with beautiful Mountain View’s. The cabin is fully stocked with essentials. Everything you need is there! The fireplace added extra coziness. I will definitely be back!
