El lodge respalda hasta un parque de 2000 acres llamado Warren Dunes que corre a lo largo del lago Michigan. Extremely clean and efficient place for pver noghr stays close.to the beach!! Sjprt and beautiful walk to Lake Michigan via the dunes. Just beautiful! Wonderful fencing around the property. We would have given a 5 as an overall review if both bathrooms had fully workable showers and when I say workable shower the one with the beautiful tub does have a European style shower.. which is great for some people or tub users... but I like to stand so this is truly a preference and I also felt bad about getting the walls potentially wet as no protection nor shower curtain so I elected to take my travel friends advice, she offered to share her walk in shower. My dog just loved it!!! Thank you

We enjoyed our stay at Bluejay Lodge. It was a great place to relax and unwind. The hot tub was wonderful and clean. It was even better that it was on a covered porch, we had rain and storms on and off come through, and were still able to use it when it rained. The temperature of hot tub was perfect. It is off a busy hwy, but in March noise was not bad at all. In my past experience, we have been notifiied of rental location the evening before or in the early morning of arrival. We were emailed around 1:30 pm the day of for a 4 pm check-in. I would have preferred earlier. Especially with drving from a distance. Overall, it was a lovely place to relax and unwind.

Queen of My Single Wide Trailer – 0/10, Absolutely Would Not RecommendThis listing is misleading. Marketed as a “lodge backed up to Warren Dunes,” it’s actually a single-wide trailer parked roughly 50 feet from a four-lane highway. “Very private” is laughable. The trailer sits directly beside other homes with what appears to be a shared backyard between this unit, the others. There is virtually no privacy.The hot tub on the porch is the only redeeming feature. Inside, while recently renovated, the layout makes little sense. The TV is partially blocked by a wall, so you can’t even see the full screen. The kitchen has new appliances—and three washing machines crammed under the counter. Nothing says relaxing getaway like staring at laundry hookups while preparing meals.The bathrooms were updated and decent, but they feel wildly out of place compared to the rest of the trailer.The master bedroom presents a legitimate safety hazard. The ceiling fan hangs at about 5’11”, making it dangerous for anyone of average height or taller.To top it off, the proprietor yelled “you must be from Indiana” before hanging up on me and claimed she was “deeply insulted” during our initial interaction. The overall experience was uncomfortable, misrepresented, and disappointing from start to finish.

We really enjoyed our stay. The covered porch was awesome, the hot tub felt great, and the fireplace was warm and cozy. The beds were comfortable, and the host was very accommodating. Overall, a very relaxing place to stay.

Had a relaxing stay at this lovely little cottage enjoyed the hot tub and the clawfoot tub as well. Nice short walk to Warren dunes State Park hiking strenuous, but so worth the effort to get to the beach.

We had no internet, the shower did not drain. Communication with the host was terrible. The screened in porch was nice as we spent the majority of our time out there. The walk to the beach was a lot longer than stated but was beautiful when we got there.The city was nice and the people were amazing. I will be going back to visit just not staying here!

Great location near Warren Dunes State Park. We were traveling with our pup and the fenced in yard and hot tub made our vacation even more relaxing and enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Location was good for us, we had little ones that wanted to get ice cream, the walk/trail to the beach was a good mile hike, take water. Kitchen had a working dishwasher, 2 microwaves but only one worked. No internet connection all weekend. Spoke to host about the damaged items at the property to make her aware what we saw when we arrived. Overall our family had a good time, also had a fenced in yard for our small dog. Warren Dunes was fun and close by and good restaurants.

Loved this rental

I absolutely loved this rental! It was super clean, cozy, and just a 4-minute drive to the beach—which made it really easy to catch the sunset. Even though it was a little too chilly to walk, driving was quick and convenient, and we loved that parking was free after 8pm!The space was peaceful and relaxing—truly the perfect little getaway. Everything was spotless and felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived. I loved how secluded and private it felt, and I personally loved how close to the beach and mainroad it was so we could easily hop in the car to get a bite of food.We had a minor issue at one point, but the owner answered the phone immediately and was incredibly helpful, resolving it right away. That kind of responsiveness really stood out and made us feel well taken care of.The only very small things we noticed were with the locks—the outside gate latch didn’t fully work and the porch door to the driveway didn’t feel as secure as I would’ve liked. That said, it was so minor that we didn’t even feel the need to mention it to the owner. We kept an eye on our two pups and had no issues at all, so it didn’t impact our stay.Overall, we had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a clean, comfy rental super close to the beach!

Clean and comfortable. Could walk right to the dunes from our rental.

Home was very clean and spacious. There was lots of comfortable and private outdoor space. No fault to the host only to myself for not realizing it is right next to a busy highway. But there is a large privacy fence with a nice green space. The hot tub was clean and welcoming after hiking the dunes all day. There is so much to see and do around the area.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway

This place was the perfect getaway for my girlfriend and I. We had a great time at the house and exploring around Bridgman and the surrounding towns. Walking down to the dunes was a great adventure. The house was very clean as well as the hot tub that we enjoyed every night. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
