Very lovely house for 6 people with an enclosed garden and a superb terrace for relaxing. A beautiful living space combining kitchen and lounge opens onto a superb terrace, the main feature of the house in the open air. It's magical amongst friends or with family to live together during the holidays to share good times. The house is spacious with its 3 separate bedrooms allowing you to isolate yourself or go and rest peacefully, holidays after all! Between Parée beach and Dunes beaches, you are in the heart of Marais Girard, a very quiet neighbourhood in Brétignolles-sur-Mer. Perfectly situated 300 m from the beach and 1.5 km from the town centre, market, covered market and shops, walking or cycling will be your daily routine.



You have yet to discover Brétignolles-sur-Mer, a small corner that has remained authentic, with no tower blocks or large shopping centres. Everything there is human and pleasant, with smiling and friendly shopkeepers. You'll love it for its market twice a week, on Thursdays and Sundays. Its open market halls are open every morning to buy fresh produce. From Dunes Beach to the South, renowned for surfing lessons, to the Corniche and its splendid sunsets, take a walk or cycle and you'll fall under the spell of this atypical seaside resort.

Nous sommes arrivés dans une maison sale. Nous avons eu des pannes électriques, la chasse du WC unique a lâché. En gros j'ai dû bricoler moi même et faire le ménage en arrivant, ce que je n'avais pas envie de faire en vacances.

Le logement est très bien situé: proche de la plage et de quelques commerces. Les équipements proposés sont en quantité suffisante et de bonne qualité. Le logement est indiqué comme équipé de WiFi - ce qui était pour nous un critère de choix car devant travailler cette semaine-là - mais en fait le réseau n’était accessible qu’à des endroits incongrus : au fond du couloir ou de la terrasse. En parallèle, le montant demandé est nous semble-t-il un peu excessif car il s'agit d'une maison sur une surface réduite comparée aux offres équivalentes sur le site AirBnB. Enfin, cette location se fait via une entreprise de conciergerie, et non de particulier à particulier, ce qui explique peut-être la non-compétitivité de ce logement. A noter que les prestations ""extra"" pour ce logement sont onéreuses: 90 euros le ménage, 35 euros en cas d'entrée ou de sortie ""hors"" des horaires, environ 200 euros pour les draps/linges (l'usage pourtant chez AirBnB est que la literie soit comprise), dommage pour la philosophie AirBnB et d'où l'évaluation ""moyenne""
