Family home for 8 people in Sauzaie

This lovely traditional house is made for your holidays. Its open-plan kitchen allows you to stay together and share good times in a large living space. It is fully equipped and ideal for cooking good meals. The living room is bathed in sunlight thanks to a large window leading to a large garden. A spacious basement is set up as a games room with a ping-pong table. The bedrooms are nice and comfortable, get up early to enjoy the sunrise. When everyone is ready, take out the ping-pong table to challenge each other as a family or with friends! You have two bathrooms (shower and bathtub) and two toilets.



Once you have discovered the little secret path, you are a 600 m walk from the Sauzaie beach and one of the most beautiful wild walks on the Vendée coast along the cliff. For walkers or cyclists, it is also the starting point for long walks either up into the dunes or down to La Parée and its shops. For surfers, you are in front of the famous Sauzaie spot lit up at night, it\'s really magnificent to see! You are also very close to the Galet restaurant which welcomes you on its terrace facing the sea or the Viviers de la Corniche open all year round where you can find well-known seafood products from Brétignolles...



You still have to discover Brétignolles-sur-mer, a small corner that has remained authentic, without high-rise buildings or large shopping centres. Everything is human and pleasant, the smiling and friendly shopkeepers. We love it for its market twice a week: Thursday and Sunday. Its covered market is open every day to buy fresh produce. From the Dunes beach to the south, renowned for learning to surf, to the Corniche and its magnificent sunsets, walk or cycle and you will be charmed by this atypical seaside resort.

Grande maison très bien équipée, bien située, avec jardin et place de parking. Les moins : fortes odeurs de renfermé, barbecue pas top.

Quand nous sommes arrivés, le service de conciergerie Hoomy nous attendait Notre concierge Camille a ouvert la porte et une odeur d’urine est venue chatouiller nos narines Odeur qui est restée toute la semaine malgré nos remarques au service de conciergerie et l’aération de la maison constante Déjà un mauvais point Le ménage laissait à désirer j’ai pris des photos que je tiens à votre disposition L’abattant des toilettes haut ne tenait pas La conciergerie est venue 2 fois avec un abattant universel si la 1ère fois cela ne s’emboite pas ce n’est pas la peine de revenir une 2ème fois avec un abattant universel Je peux vous dire qu’il y’a eu un problème d’évacuation au mois d’août dans le quartier et qu’une entreprise est venue déboucher toutes les canalisations Si le ménage au tarif de 80€ est fait par Hoomy il faudrait peut-être revoir le tarif qui est élevé par rapport à la prestation car c’est ce service qui a fait le ménage 15 jours avant notre arrivée et il n’y a eu personne entre De plus les poubelles n’ont pas été sorties donc la poubelle jaune débordait et la poubelle des ordures ménagères aussi Voilà tout est dit Sinon la maison est bien agencée et bien située

Hormis le fait que la vaisselle n'était pas très propre, ainsi que le lave vaisselle, nous avons passés un très bon séjour. Bien situé à 600 mètres des plages, il y a tout dans la maison jusqu'au épuisettes pour les enfants.
