The house is located on the hills and is reachable via private road therefore we strongly recommend all guests who are traveling to Italy by plane to rent a car once landed, as it will be the most convenient mean of transportation in order to get to the villa. (This property is not reachable via public transport). Private gated parking in front of the home entrance is available for up to 3 cars. Pool heating available in the months of September, October, March, April, May, June .
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.
