The house has just been restored and furnished, a rustic 1800's located in a quiet historic village of Brenzone, a place untouched by traffic. House "and finilet" is ideal for families and groups of friends, has private parking. It can accommodate up to 5 people. And 'situated on three floors, from all rooms you can see the lake, has a large kitchen with dishwasher, crockery, electric oven and coffee machine, a living room with sofa double bed and TV, two bathrooms with shower one of which one with washing machine, two bedrooms, one bedroom with television and a single, two balconies and a basement with kitchenette. In every room there is a connection to the wifi network. The towels and sheets are included. At 10m you will find a small garden where you can enjoy a good meal in the sun or relax and enjoy the lake view that offers spectacular sunsets in the evening.

Tolles kleines Haus für max. 4 Personen. Toller Ausblick, schöner Garten, ruhige Lage. Gute Kommunikation. Insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Kleine Kritikpunkte:Das zweite Badezimmer ist im Keller und wurde von uns kaum verwendet. Inhalt der Küche (Geschirr, Besteck, etc.) für vier Personen fast zu wenig, keine Basis Ausstattung an Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, etc. Gut zu Wissen:Die Anfahrt ist abenteuerlich, enge steile Straßen.See zu Fuß erreichbar aber steiler Weg.

Schönes Ferienhaus - mit gewissen Einschränkungen

Positiv:- Die Fotos der Wohnung stimmen mit der Realität weitgehend überein (zum Teil etwas verändert)- Kommunikation war absolut problemlos - 2011 renovierte Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen (mit Einschränkungen, s.u.), modern eingerichtet, gute Raumaufteilung.- Malerische Lage- Gute Lage des Ortes, wenn man nördlich und südlich davon die Orte am See erkunden möchte- Für Wanderer und Erwachsene sehr gut geeignet- Definitiv verkehrsberuhigt gelegen- Restaurant in 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichenNegatives:- Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist mit abenteuerlich noch wohlwollend umschrieben (sehr steil, sehr eng und uneben) mit 5-Meter-Kombi mehr als grenzwertig, sodass dieser den Urlaub über oben stehen blieb- Neben dem Parkplatz ganz oben am Haus, welcher dann über einem steilen und unebenen Weg zum Haus führt (ca. 30 Meter), sind zwar weiter unten Parkplätze vorhanden, diese sind indes sehr beschränkt verfügbar (zweites Fahrzeug daher schwieriger, wenn man nicht immer bis ganz oben fahren möchte, um einen "garantierten" Parkplatz zu haben)- Nur 1 echtes Badezimmer, da das zweite sich in dem Gewölbekeller befindet- Schlafcouch nur bedingt zum Schlafen geeignet- Für kleine Kinder nicht geeignet, wegen der Stufen in der Wohnung (insbesondere zwischen Küche und Wohnzimmer) und der Terrassen im Garten (Olivenhain), welche beide enorme (Ab-)Sturzgefahren bergen und man sein Kind nicht mal eben in der Wohnung oder im Garten unbekümmert spielen lassen kann

Ein charmantes Ferienhaus in einem typischen italienischen Bergdorf. Solange man mit maximal 4 Personen reist und gut zu Fuß ist um ein paar Meter zwischen Kofferraum und Eingangstür bewältigen zu können, können wir die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz ist auch ohne Allrad problemlos möglich.

Sehr schönes Objekt und eine sehr nette und aufmerksame Vermieterin! Der einzige Nachteil ist der Verkehrslärm von der Seestrasse her. Aber wenn man die Türen und Fenster schließt- kein Problem! Alles in Allem ein schöner und gelungener Urlaub!

Nettes Ferienhaus, traumhafte Lage

Sehr nettes Ferienhaus im kleinen Bergdorf oberhalb der Kirche mit zwei kleinen Balkonen und abgeschlossenem Innenhof, z.B. prima für Fahrräder. Aus den Fenstern genießt man den Blick auf den See, vom Balkon sieht man in den Olivenhain. Super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in der Umgebung. Sehr nette Gastgeberin, das hauseigene Olivenöl ist sehr empfehlenswert! Mit unserem Mitsubishi Outländer war die Auffahrt kein Problem. Grazie ancora per la nostra settimana di vacanza molto rilassante.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung!

Wir wurden sehr nett an der Kirche empfangen und es ging zuerst mit den Autos hoch zur Ferienwohnung. Der Weg ist schon etwas abenteuerlich, war jedoch machbar. Es empfiehlt sich aus unserer Sicht aber, das Auto dann stehen zu lassen. Wir haben uns dann Motorroller ausgeliehen. In der Wohnung ist alles da, was man braucht und es ist schön eingerichtet. Auch der zugehörige Garten ist sehr schön gelegen und umgeben von Olivenbäumen. In ca 15 min ist man zu Fuß am Strand. Der Weg ist etwas steil aber kein Problem. In der Nähe ist auch leckeres Restaurant. Am Strand gibt es auch Getränke, Eis, Essen etc. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher noch mal wieder kommen! :-) vielen Dank!

Nur für sportliche Menschen mit überschaubaren Autos...sehr abgelegen

Wir haben die Unterkunft nach 1 Nacht verlassen, bezahlt haben wir 4 Nächte. Die Schlafmöglichkeiten sind gut für 3 bis maximal 4 Personen. Wir haben es für 5 Erwachsene und 1 Hund gemietet. Die Zusammensetzung unserer Gruppe hatte ich bei der Anfrage genau angegeben . Wir hatten auch angegeben, dass wir mit VW Bus und Anhänger reisen. Die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz wäre nicht möglich gewesen. Wir hatten an diesem Tag einen Mietwagen, sonst hätten wir direkt abfahren müssen. Vom Parkplatz zum Haus ist der Weg nicht geeignet für Menschen, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind. Zum See in 20 Minuten zu Fuß, vielleicht joggend. Aber dann die dreifache Zeit für den Rückweg. Einkaufen oder einkehren dann mit Auto. Zudem war das Haus nicht optimal ausgestattet. Es gab weder Gläser noch Tassen für 5 Personen. In der Küche weder Gewürze noch Essig oder Öl.... Viele leere Schränke. Es gab keine Möglichkeit zu 5 . gemeinsam an einem Tisch am Haus zu essen. Das war eine teure Nacht für uns und mit vielen Umständen verbunden. Garten und Ausblick waren sehr schön.

Sehr schöne Urlaubstage

Ein schönes Dorfhaus in ruhiger Lage am Dorfrand, unmittelbar an einem Olivenhain gelegen. Vom eigenem Garten in unmittelbarer Nähe hat man einen tollen Blick auf den See. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat Alles was man braucht. Es war eine sehr schöne Woche, kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Haus

Das Haus am Dorfrand ist sehr ruhig gelegen, Bergseits blickt man in den Olivenhain, Talseits hat man den Blick über den See. Es war ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt. Vom Parkplatz aus ist das Gepäck zu tragen.

FeWo ist in Castello (NICHT in Castelletto!!!), sehr steile Anfahrt, sonst sehr malerisch

Die Straße zum Parkplatz ist SEHR steil (>20%) und schmal (<2.80m). Zum Glück haben wir nur die Außenspiegel angeschrammt. Für unseren Opel Zafira grenzwertig.Wir haben dann mehrfach den Bezahlparkplatz (12Euro/Tag) benutzt um Nerven zu sparen.

schöne ruhige Lage

Ein sehr schönes und liebevoll renoviertes Objekt und die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Das Haus hat eine traumhafte Lage und Aussicht. Die Zufahrt ist durch enge Gassen etwas abenteuerlich, aber man gewöhnt sich daran. Wir hatten Temperaturen von über 35 Grad. Da wäre eine Klimaanlage ganz schön gewesen. Bei normalen Temperaturen ist das sicher nicht notwendig.

Schönes Ferienhaus abseits des Gardaseetrubels

Sehr schön renoviertes, sehr sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Die sportlich steile Zufahrt wird mit einem eigenen Parkplatz belohnt. Vom naheliegenden(50m) Garten hat man, in absoluter Ruhe, einen tollen Blick auf den See. Von dort aus gute Möglichkeit für Spaziergänge, auch mit Hund! Ristorante/Pizzeria 5min zu Fuß!!! Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite private Vermieter....mille grazie! Jederzeit wieder!

Jederzeit wieder…

Wir waren als Familie, 2 Erwachsene mit 4 jährigen Sohn und 11 Jahre alten Labrador über ein verlängertes Wochenende von Freitag bis Dienstag vor Ort. Wir waren ab dem ersten Moment begeistert. Auch wenn die Anfahrt/Auffahrt etwas abenteuerlich war (VW Tiguan), war es ohne Probleme möglich. Lediglich der Weg zum Haus vom Parkplatz mit schwerem Gepäck war etwas beschwerlich. Also lieber das Gepäck auf mehrer kleine Taschen verteilen. Der Garten, welcher ca, 15-25 Meter vom Haus entfernt liegt ist traumhaft. Super idyllisch und mit einem sensationellen Blick auf den See inmitten eines Olivenhains. Wir haben diese Ruhe im Garten sowie im Haus geliebt und denken jetzt schon an den nächsten Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und liebevollen Geschmack saniert, modernisiert und eingerichtet worden.

Ruhe und Entspannung über dem See

Wir haben einen sehr schönen, erholsamen Urlaub in dem Haus verbracht. Im Garten konnten wir einfach sitzen, liegen und über den See schauen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. In der Küche konnten wir gut für 2 Personen kochen. Bei mehreren Personen wird das Geschirr etwas knapp. Die Betten, besonders die Matratzen sind klasse. Das Bad ist fast wie neu. Zu Fuß erreichen wir den See in ca. 5-10 Minuten, zurück den Berg hoch dauert es eben etwas länger. Die Anfahrt zum Parkplatz ist eng, steil und holprig. Das Wandern um Brenzone immer ein Highlight. Danke an Valentina und Ihre Mutter für den netten Service.

Tolle Ferienwohnung, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Valentina. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Nur die Zufahrt ist ein kleiner Challenge :-)

Leider viel zu kurz

Wir können uns den anderen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Es ist ein wunderschönes Häuschen, absolut ruhig gelegen. Der Ausblick auf den See ist grandios. Alles war prima - wir haben die Zeit, die leider viel zu kurz war, sehr genossen.
