When being told that a family of two toddlers and two parents wanted to go for a walk on the nearby park, The receptionist failed to mention the unsafe nature of the closest park. Breakfast was very good and I was able to charge my EV in the closed parking lot without additional cost.

The AC didn’t work in our room, and the staff at the front desk were rude and treated us like we were stupid. She even said that their own cleaning staff didn’t understand how the AC worked. After a lot of insisting, we finally got a new room that wasn’t like a sauna. That said, the rest of the staff were very friendly, and the hotel is well located, clean, and fresh. The rude woman gets a rating of 1, so overall I’ll give it a 7 since everything else was good.
