Private landscaped grounds of 500 m², with 1 terrace at the front and 1 terrace at the back (bioclimatic pergola), 1 outbuilding fitted out with table, barbecue. 1 adult bike, 2 children's bikes available. Swing. Fishing in private lake 500 m away.
