Séjour agréable, calme au fond d'une impasse sans circulation et a proximité d'un Lidl ( beaucoup de chats de quartier) , 25 minutes de la plage Dune 2 a pieds.

J avais lu les commentaires et bien je n' ai pas été déçu. Effectivement Sylvie nous a accueilli de manière très chaleureuse et bienveillante pour nous comme pour les enfants La maison est bien équipée pour les adultes mais également pour les enfants : réhausseur toilettes table avec petite chaise vaisselle lit parapluie jeux plage et extérieur..et même une piscine gonflable que les enfants ont bien apprécié. L emplacement est idéal on a pu visiter beaucoup d endroits différents (marais salants, moulin a vent, puy du fou, balade en calèche, balade en bateaux, ports..)..et de plages plus sublimes les unes que les autres accessible à quelques minutes en voiture nos préférées la plage des granges et de Sauveterre. Le centre ville est accessible directement à pieds vous y trouverez une excellente boucherie et boulangerie. Bref nous avons savouré notre séjour c était génial. Sylvie merci encore pour tout je réitère mon avis 20/20

Séjour très agréable, au calme, terrasse et beau petit jardin derrière la maison. Hôte très accueillante et flexible. Une fois les valises posées, on se sent tout de suite chez soi :-) La mer et les commerces sont à quelques minutes..

Cocon dans un charmant village près de la mer

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette charmante demeure de Sylvie qui nous a accueillis comme chez elle ! Nous avons disposé de toute les commodités annoncées et bien plus puisque notre hôte a répondu à des demandes non prévues sur le site. Si vous cherchez un logement à 2mns à pied du centre ville où tout est présent (Lidl, commerces, café et une excellente boulangerie tant pour son pain que ses pâtisseries avec une plus pour sa brioche vendéenne !!) Bine équipée la maison a été très reposante et pratique avec un coup de cœur pour son jardin derrière la maison sans vis à vis et joliment arboré ... Notre hôte Sylvie nous a même encouragé à cueillir fraises et tomates dans son jardin ce qui fut un moment de gourmandise très appréciable... Notre hôte nous avait aussi préparé 2 gros classeurs relayant ainsi toutes les documentations sur les choses à faire et à voir dans cette belle région avec des cartes pour bénéficier des 350 kms de voies cyclables ce que nous n’avons pas manqué de faire en louant 2 vélos auprès de PSL bike qui figurait dans les docs. Les vélos sont très pratiques aussi pour se rendre à la plage... on peut aussi y aller à pied ... en se promenant tranquillement. Si vous préférez la voiture avec des enfants il y a des places tranquilles dans les aires qui jalonnent la route à BREM pour s'y rendre bien loin du tumulte et de la surpopulation pour la côte d'azur où tout le monde s'agglutine ….berk ! Pour le logement, tout était dispo (vaisselle et électroménager avec tout pour la bonne cuisinière !) - La baignoire douche a été très pratique et avec un mitigeur et une pression appréciable. Un grand frigo et un gros congélateur, de bonnes literies et tv dans la chambre avec modem freebox où nous pouvions suivre nos compte netflix et amazone prime pour un petit film le soir après détente sur la terrasse et cocooning. Nous avons donc passé grâce à tout cela un séjour très appréciable dans cette impasse grâce à Syvie qui nous a confié son gîte où nous étions un peu comme chez nous avec des gentils voisins !

Location très agréable

Charmante maison confortable avec jardin arboré et agréable, bien situé au calme au fond une impasse, mais proche des commerces du centre ville a pieds, proche des plages en voiture. Propriétaire sympathique, et aux petits soins pour ces occupants. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons Sylvie et sa maison sans hésitation. Très agréable séjour

Nous avons été très bien reçus. La propriétaire nous a donné de nombreux conseils précieux pour nos sorties dans les environs. Maison très fonctionnelle et conforme aux photos. Le jardin est vraiment agréable. Un séjour au top dans de très bonnes conditions. Je recommande vivement cette location.
