Our lovingly furnished apartment has:
- two double bedrooms
- a fully equipped kitchen (real wood)
- a cozy living room with tiled stove
- a modern bathroom (underfloor heating) with toilet,
   Bath and walk-in shower
- a cloakroom and hall
=> Last renovation was in 2014

The access from the parking lot to the apartment is at ground level.

Parking, terrace and lawn, barbecue just as the garden with play equipment (badminton / volleyball net mobile / swings / slide / trampoline / small football goals / balls) - all for single use
(This is all right in front of the house).

Gut ausgestattete, saubere und gemütliche Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Auch der Garten bietet Erholung pur bzw. Action für die Kinder;) Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Das ganze Objekt ist, auch dank der netten Vermieter, sehr einladend und wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. An dieser Stelle noch einmal herzlichen Dank für alles, liebe Familie Stockinger!

Wir hatten sehr schöne Urlaubstage im Bayerischen Wald und Passau. Nahegelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sehr preisgünstige Pizzaria. Sehr nette Vermieterfamilie. Österreich und der Dreisesselberg in der Nähe. Immer wieder gerne. Ausflugstipp - Graphitmuseum in Krophmühl und Kristallschiff in Passau war für groß und klein ein tolles Erlebnis.

Sehr Schön, Sehr sauber, Sehr großzügig, gemütlich, Freundlich

Wir wurden bei der Ankunft sehr herzlich und persönlich begrüßt. Es wurde uns alles gezeigt, erklärt und wir fühlten uns direkt sehr wohl! Die fewo sowie das Gelände davor ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und gemütlich . Es ist drinnen genügend Platz und draußen sind viele Möglichkeiten zum sitzen und zum Ausruhen so wie beschrieben. Eine tolle Grillecke mit Lagerfeuerkarakter, in ruhiger Lage konnten wir jeder zeit nutzen. Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen wir können die fewo und Familie Stokinger nur weiterempfehlen ! Ein gelungener Urlaub, es gibt viel zu erleben zu entdecken und viele Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen in der region! Sei es in Passau mit der Passau Card die sehr zu empfehlen ist, sowie viele Seen und Thermalbäder, Kultur und Geschichte, und die schöne Natur haben wir genießen Können! Dankeschön! Ein wirklich erholsamer, ruhiger Urlaub.

Wir waren bereits das 2.te mal in dieser herrlichen Wohnung. Wie beim 1.sten mal haben wir es wieder in vollen Zügen genossen. Bei tollem Wetter konnte man täglich am Lagerfeuer sitzen und die ruhige Natur genießen. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Vielen Dank an die freundlichen Vermieter. Können es jederzeit weiter empfehlen!

Wieder ein schöner Urlaub in Breitenberg

Wir haben nun schon ein zweites Mal in der Ferienwohnung unseren Urlaub verbracht. Bei klirrender Kälte war es dort schön warm, sehr gemütlich und wirklich komfortabel. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und begrüßten uns mit einem selbst gebackenen Kuchen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! U.L.

Wir waren jetzt zum wiederholtem Male bei Fam. Stockinger im Urlaub. Diesmal mit Eltern in der fertig gestalteten Dachgeschosswohnung. Wir alle waren sehr zu frieden. Die Wohnungen sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nix, sollte doch mal fehlen, ist Fam. Stockinger zur Stelle. Wir sind auf eine herzlich nette bayrische Art empfangen worden und es konnte immer über Gott und die Welt gequasselt werden. Die Umgebung ist eben so schön und lädt ein zum gemütlichen Wandern oder mit dem Auto etwas weitere Wege erkunden. Genauso sind die Gasthäuser der Umgebung zu empfehlen. Also allen viel Spaß die bei Fam. Stockinger ihren Urlaub verbringen wollen

wunderbar erholsamer Urlaub

Zu uns: Wir waren 2 Paare mit jeweils einem Kind Zur Wohnung/Grundstück: Gleich zu Beginn wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und es gab einen kleinen Rundgang durch das Haus. Da das Obergeschoss noch in Bau war, hatten wir das Haus komplett für uns. Alle Zimmer waren liebevoll eingerichtet und alles notwendige war vorhanden. Für die Kinder wurden viele Spielsachen im Garten bereitgestellt, sodass es an nix fehlte. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und somit genau richtig für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Bei Fragen kann man sich jederzeit an die Vermieter wenden. Gerne nochmal.
