"I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay. The room was poorly maintained, featuring filthy floors, dated walls, and a broken window, a stained couch, and a TV from the early 2000s that barely worked. Most alarmingly, the lack of a functioning in-room phone left me unable to seek assistance during a medical emergency involving a severe injury on the slopes. Furthermore, basic amenities were lacking; instead of requested pillows (3 times), I was provided with extra sheets to be used as pillow, and the bathroom design was fundamentally flawed, with the door striking the sink. While the restaurant food and staff were pleasant, they do not compensate for the unsafe and unsanitary conditions of the room."
