Loved the location close to downtown and the slopes . Getting in the condo was hard due to it being a very fickle key entry with today’s technology really don’t understand the key concept anymore plus you only get 1 key for all parties . Extra towels requested didn’t come until the day we were to check out . Overall nice place and good location .

The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans that make cooking pretty easy. The location is nice with it only taking about 10 minutes to walk to downtown or the QuickSliver superchair. The hottubs were easy to find and great for relaxing after the day, but there is a short walk outside to get to them so bring flip flops. The common area and dinning space is a little tight, but it will work for groups of up to 6 without being too cramped. The beds were extremely firm foam beds that took a little getting used to.

Good location (only 0.15mi walk to slopes/shops), very responsive host and cozy apartment. The only drawback (maybe a positive for some) is that the beds are very firm memory foam. Had a good time though!

Really decent space, not perfect. Pretty close to get to Peak 9, yet sometimes just a little far to walk back at the day's end. Hot tub and pool are good, yet you have to walk across the street to and change in a locker room. Laundry is available, yet we had to walk outside and downstairs in the cold and pay for it. Freezer was not fully available due to owner's stash left inside.Starter supplies (ie. soaps) were provided, yet are of poor quality (bar soaps melt) which annoyed me given the steep cost for the rental. Parking is super easy. Guests above us were stomping a lot which was a bit annoying at times. Lots of blankets and pillows, place was super clean, showers get hot quickly. Lots of good storage for skiis inside. Communication using AI agent was frustrating and wasted our time. Overall a good place, yet we have a definite higher standard from previous experiences at other resorts at similar price points.

I want ot be honest about our experience for other guests. The entrance Master lock with a chain was hard to use and we have never had anything but an E-lock. The guest guide book was out of date and the code for the Hot tub & pool was not correct. The parking pass was from April. The guide book had no code for the trash. We had to reach out to owners alot for these items when they are easily updated in the guidebook. The owners left food and condiments in the fridge with BIG notes to not use. Off putting as we have never had items in the fridge asking us not use them. The showers water was either very HOT or very Cold it was hard to get a good temperature. The mattresses were not comfortable in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The seating in the living room was extremely uncomfortable and really there should be more couch seating not dining chairs and table. A nice sectional would have been great for the 6 of us to sit down and watch Christmas movies but it was not comfortable to do this at all for 6 people. The decorations are from the 70's- ish and the shag carpet cannot be from the last 4 decades. Ok, now the good things were it was close to the main drag and ski lifts, it was warm, the community pool and hot tub was very nice, the owners responded fairly quickly each time we had to ask for information. We had a great time overall in Breck, however I would not rent this unit again. You can take my comments with a grain of salt but I never review unless there are real issues.

Cozy Alpine Escape close to everything
Our stay at this chalet was fantastic! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the slopes, making it incredibly convenient for skiing. The living space was spacious, cozy, and perfect for relaxing after a long day on the mountain. Everything was well-equipped and beautifully maintained. The only small downside was that the mattresses in the bedrooms felt a bit dated and could use an upgrade. However, this didn’t take away from the overall comfort of our stay.Would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect ski retreat!
