Just a short 5 minute walk from the house, you will find the free shuttle pick up for Breckenridge/Skiing



Other Things to Note:

Each home comes with an Amenity Kit that includes 2 rolls of Toilet Paper per bathroom, 2 paper towel rolls, dish soap, and some dishwasher tabs. We can provide additional items for an additional fee.

The home offers parking for up to 5 vehicles, with a heated 2-car garage.

Portable Air Conditioner, 2 - 1 Person Kayaks, Hammock, & Yoga Mats available for additional fee. Price Varies by Size & Type. Price will include 50% refundable deposit. Must request at least 72 hours prior to check-in for availability, availability not guaranteed.

No smoking allowed on premises - $750 Fee.

Roads can be icy—4x4 and winter tires are required during winter months.

Security cameras on-site over driveway and walkway.

Fireplaces shut off May 15-Sept 15 due to radiant heat.
