Great location a minute from Main Street, staff very nice, but the room had a lot of problem, the room didn’t have light, bathroom sink had a plumbing problem ,fridge very noisy and dishwasher also had problem kept making noise wouldn’t stop, the room in general wasn’t clean, no salt to clean the dishes .

Close walking distance to downtown area which was convenience. Room was too hot with no ability to control it. We had to open a window to cool the room down. Parking was expensive at $25 per day. Hard to navigate to find things in main building as there are 4-5 additional buildings. Rooms were clean and spacious. Probably would stay there again.

Location is the best part of staying here. Otherwise the room was very old and worn. No money has been spent on the place in a long time. Paint and plaster falling off walls, shower curtain that comes off when you glide it because it has a random collection of guides. The hair dryer sounded like it was going to explode so couldn’t use it. Pillows under the cases were gross and yellow sweat stained. It really wasn’t up to the standard the photos on hotels.com show. And for the super expensive price they want you to strip beds and collect the linens together. I expected better for the price

The room was fine. It was not a great checkin and the fireplace wasn’t working. The technician came out because it was smelling like gas and we had to turn the gas valve off. So we didn’t have a fireplace the whole time. Such a bummer at a ski resort location.

Reconsider Renting from Property

Condo was wonderful. Property adequately mIntained, however, hallway carpets are disguistingly dirty. This property management group needs to review who is representing the public upon checkin. Happy... not rude people! Woman slammed down the parking mess of a map and stated you'll "figure it out ". It's a friggin mess trying to park where allowed as not to get towed.

The Main Street Station was perfectly nestled in the middle of all the shops and dining and happenings! People are so friendly and the place had incredible views! Perfect for snowboarding/skiiing season!

Location, location, location. This property is centrally located to all that you could ever need. I love that you could walk just a few minutes to a handful of restaurants and shops. Check in was easy. The staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable. I enjoyed our views from the balcony which was a bit tiny but not a deal breaker. Bed was very comfortable. My only critique is that the rooms and furniture are quite dated. But again for us that was not a dealbreaker as it got the job done and the location is perfect. Would definitely stay there again.

Was my first time to Breckenridge and the location couldn’t have been better. The room was fully stocked with everything you could need. Was walking distance to everything. Enough things almost right across the street that even though it was cold and snowing most of the days you could still do things and not worry about the weather.

Amazing location, close to restaurants and bars!

Overall the condo was great and great location, close to amazing restaurants and bars. May I suggest having an instruction sheet for the TVs. Seems like the family before did something to the TVs and were off the network. I tried to reconnect but nothing worked. Thank God I had my iPad to watch my shows at night.
