Just a short saunter to all the restaurants, shops and bars of Main St. Breck! 1 block from Carter Park mnt. biking, 2 blocks from grocery/liquor store. No better location in town!!! Cute, ground floor condo with bike and ski theme giving it a boutique-y feel. Petite, 700 sq. ft. but comfie non the less. Best value going for a walkable downtown Breckenridge stay!

This place needs some work. The place was dirty in my opinion. Grounds are dirty, cig butts all over the complex, broken bed - the Owner did offer to drive from Denver to fix it - we declined and would have thought he would have offered some sort of refund.
There were two beds and one was broken. The place is very noisy! It looks like an apartment complex.
I think the Owner of this unit needs to invest in some remodeling and a better cleaning company. The ceiling fan was disgustingly dirty. Overall, a very mediocre experience and would not stay again. Not up to par for Breckenridge in my opinion.

Beware of Host changing reservation details. We booked our stay with an advertised 4pm check in and 11am check out. However, once we already paid and were past the cancellation period, the host changed our reservation to a 10am check out! I even messaged the host and reiterated that we made the reservation for an 11am checkout (as we had brunch plans to meet friends). Rather than honoring what was advertised and booked, the owner merely said, oops, must be a typo, and still continued to require us to check out no later than 10am. As of today, the false advertising is still reflected in the site (do NOT believe that you will get an 11am check out!). If you're planning to leave first thing to catch a day of skiing, it might not matter. But when you book a reservation with a specific check out time in mind to meet other plans, and the host shorts you on that time, despite being reminded of their own advertising, it left us not wanting to return. Otherwise, the condo conditions were fine. There were some nice remodeling touches (albeit a very "do it yourself" feel), and plenty of dishes, cups, and kitchen utensils. We found lot of dirty silverware and cooking items, which was gross, but I suppose the cleaning service needs to do a better job. The parking was efficient and beds were comfortable.
