This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, ground-floor condo unit is cozy and comfortable; it’s a smart choice for groups of up to four guests. The living area features an electric fireplace and a flat-screen TV for catching the game or the morning snow report. The fully equipped has all the gear you’ll need to whip up snacks and meals when you’re not exploring Breck’s great dining options! The dining table seats four.

Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. We enjoyed our stay. Could use a little updating in the kitchen. We loved that there was a hot tub on site. There was easy access to a bus stop outside the complex that took you into town so we wouldn’t have to find parking. The location was perfect!

Really enjoyed this stay with 3 of my buddies on our 4-5th snowboard trip this year. Really enjoyed breck and the walk wasn’t bad at all maybe 8-10 minutes at a decent pace. Even better the shuttle stop was right outside the door.

The rental was dated, but still had everything we needed. We enjoyed coming back to a warm, cozy place each day. Unfortunately, sleep was tough as the people upstairs were so loud, it sounded like elephants stomping so early in the morning and throughout the day. The beds were also extremely uncomfortable.

The other was that the bed was not the most comfortable. It was however one of the most reasonable as far as cost goes so that helps!
