☀️ Summertime - It is important to note that Mountain homes and Condos in Colorado do not have Central Air Conditioning.
😎 The good news is, the nights are always cool (average between 45-55 degrees), and therefore our Mountain homes can be kept cool by opening windows, running ceiling fans and our provided stand alone fans in each bedroom, and by welcoming the fresh Mountain air in :)
🛑 Booking age limit: 28 years and above.
🌐 Reservations accepted up to 12 months in advance, please contact us for reservations beyond 12 months.
🐾 The standard $100 pet fee will be waived, Pets stay Free :)
