To ensure a smooth and secure experience, all guests complete a brief ID verification prior to arrival. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Early check-in and late checkout may be available upon request and are subject to availability and additional fees.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire condo, as well as all shared building amenities, such as the fitness center, pool, hot tub, ski locker room, community BBQ grill, elevators, conference room, and reception area. Additionally, guests can enjoy the luxury amenities at One Ski Hill Place, including pools, spa, bowling, media room, and shuttle service.

As part of our safety and compliance process, all guests complete a brief identity verification through our trusted screening partner after booking. In some residences, check-in staff or front desk personnel may also confirm your ID upon arrival, similar to standard hotel procedures.

All guests must complete our guest verification process before arrival, including ID submission and agreeing to rental rules. We do not host guests under 25 at this location; the primary renter must be over 25. These measures ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
