Moose Condo is a true ski in / ski out condo located within the Village at Breckenridge resort which is nestled between Peak 9 and historic downtown Breckenridge on Main Street.
Recently renovated with vinyl wood flooring in the living area and kitchen, new carpet in the bedroom, new furniture and mountain modern decor, and fresh interior paint, this beautiful condo is a guest favorite!
The owner, Twilla, invites you to enjoy staying in her cozy "home away from home" while exploring all of the grandeur that makes Breckenridge a premier ski and vacation resort.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This ski in / ski out condo is less than 400 feet to the QuickSilver SuperChair lift at the base of Peak 9. There are onsite ski & board schools and equipment rental shops at the Village at Breckenridge. Walk one block to beautiful historic downtown Breckenridge where you will find restaurants and shops galore!
STUNNING VIEWS Enjoy the sights and sounds of Breckenridge from the condo balcony. The balcony has chairs and a small table with views of Maggie Pond, the Blue River, and the majestic Rocky Mountains. This condo is a bright condo with a 270 degree view and natural sunlight.
1 BEDROOM / 1 FULL BATHROOM Moose Condo is a beautifully decorated and well-appointed condominium that is 849 square feet which sleeps 5 guests comfortably. Sleep accommodations include a king bed and a twin loft bed in the master bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There is one full bathroom.
WELL-APPOINTED FULL KITCHEN The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, breakfast bar with bar stools, and everything you need for dining in and home-cooked meals.
DINING AREA The dining table seats 4 guests. There is a breakfast bar adjacent to the kitchen which seats two more.
COZY LIVING AREA This condo has a cozy living area with a wood-burning fireplace, HDTV, a queen sofa sleeper, and a large sitting chair.

GUEST AMENITIES! The Village at Breckenridge offers many wonderful guest amenities. Guests may enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, dry sauna, steam room, work-out room, movie room, game room, oxygen bar, mini golf, community rooms and even a candy store!
ONSITE HEATED GARAGE PARKING Onsite parking in the heated garage is offered to guests upon booking.
FREE WIRELESS INTERNET There is free wireless internet available in the condo. Network and password is provided upon booking.
COMMUNITY WASHER & DRYER There is a community washer and dryer conveniently located on every floor in every building at the Village at Breckenridge resort. The washer and dryer are available for guest use via app and the ease of a simple credit card swipe.
COMMUNITY OUTDOOR GRILL Summer guests may use the community outdoor grill located in the central plaza area at the Village at Breckenridge resort.
OUTDOOR FIRE PIT Guests may enjoy the warmth of the outdoor fire pit located in the central plaza area of the Village.
TRASH ROOM There is a trash room conveniently located on every floor in every building at the Village with a trash chute for trash removal while staying.
ONSITE SKI AND BOARD SCHOOL & EQUIPMENT RENTAL SHOPS There is a ski and board school conveniently located onsite at the base of the Antero building at the Village at Breckenridge resort. In addition, there are two equipment rental shops at the Village. Guests will receive information about the ski and board school and equipment rental shops upon booking.
THE NATIONAL FOREST The national forest is at your back door for convenient hikes along the network of trails to the nearby beaver ponds, streams, and mountain ski slopes.
YEAR-ROUND ADVENTURE Come to Breckenridge for skiing, hiking, biking, snowmobiling, white water rafting, sledding, sight-seeing and much more!
At many lodges throughout Breckenridge including the Village, there are less onsite parking spaces than there are condos for rent. Because parking spaces at the Village often sell out during peak rental periods, there is a nightly fee that is separate from booking fees that we must pass on if you elect to bring a vehicle and choose the onsite parking option. Onsite parking should be requested at the time of booking due to limited availability. Please note that the Village at Breckenridge condos are ski in / ski out, and that you are conveniently located within walking distance to Main Street. Many guests choose to shuttle in rather than bring a vehicle and pay for parking.

Twila was fantastic from beginning to end. We had a hard time locating our condo even after getting very good directions. There was some construction going on that seemed to come in to play. The location was great & the accommodations were great! We were a little confused of the pool & hot tub location & got let into the Marriott pool thinking that was our pool(it was seen on the outdoor deck pictures)…but we found it eventually:)Would recommend this to anyone that wants a great place to stay for skiing, hiking or just to get away & enjoy the beauty of the mountains

We absolutely loved this property and all the amenities it offered. Beautiful updated accommodations! Comfortable beds, very clean! View of mountains and Maggie pond wonderful! Walking to everything in town was so nice. Game room for my son, he loved the free pool table and arcade games. Adults enjoyed relaxing in sauna and steam room. And to top it all off the host was the best! She communicated immediately and made sure we had everything we needed, above and beyond. We will stay again!

Very clean. Amenities were good. Had trouble with outlet in bathroom for hair dryer. Front did not work and had to place upside down on the back outlet. Funny one outlet at my house is the same so I was able to figure it out! We had a wonderful stay.

Perfect location
Our host was excellent! We are tech dinosaurs and had challenges with the app needed to enter garage and unit. She was in constant communication with us to help us through it. She had the HOA person immediately come to help my husband set up the app. Once done, it was easy to use.. The unit had loads of drawers making it easy to unpack for the week, My grandsons, in another unit, loved the bunk bed made of logs and the petrified wood sink.

Best Vacation Ever
This was a very convenient location. We didnt even have to go outside the building to drop the kids off at snowboard school. The instructors treated our children like family and helped them enjoy the experience as well as gain the skills to snowboard. We could go down the green as a family on the last day! We loved the convenience also of being so close to the restaurants and a few blocks walk to the park for sledding. We love Breck and hope to return. A candy store in the building was a huge hit. Our birthday girl loved everything. Thank you!
