It is in a little village of smaller sized cabins. This one backs up to the river with anenclosed porch out back. Had everything we needed for our stay. Comfy and charming for 2.

The property was wonderful! It was nice and clean with great views of the river from the back deck. It was nicely located between Breckenridge and Frisco, and pet-friendly for our dog, and we loved having the grill available. Although we didn't use the clubhouse, it was nice to know that there was a pool, hot tub, and pickleball courts. Communication with the host was quick, and we would definitely stay here again!

Really cute cabin, directions to get in were great and all the people we met were very friendly. Would stay again if I could change one thing it would be adding easy river access but overall beautiful place.

This property was a cute weekend getaway. Our only challenge was that the primary bedroom didn't have curtains on the top windows, so we got up at 6 am with the sun. Winter visits are probably easier to sleep in.Very easily accessible, and the host was helpful and accommodating.

Excellent stay

The cabin was the perfect retreat , with privacy and amenities and convenience. The owner was great at being available when we had questions, and accommodating when we needed an early check in. Highly recommended

Cozy & Quiet

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and quiet. The kitchen was a little small and a bit hard to wash dishes, but we made it work and had a great weekend together.

We absolutely LOVE the cabin. The views were amazing. We enjoyed overlooking the river. The host provided everything you could need for your stay. Easy to check in/ check out, great communications with the host. The clubhouse also offered a lot of fun. We enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub, and the game room. We would highly recommend this place!

I would book again! Perfect for 4, everything you could need is there for you! Master bed is soft and comfortable! Management is great, responded to request fast and positively! Thank you for a great stay!
