This home is located in the Warriors Mark neighborhood which provides the perfect starting point for hiking, skiing, and mountain biking. Access to Peak 9 & Peak 10 is a stone's throw away. The serene forest area is the perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway for families and friends. If you'd like to venture to Main Street in Breckenridge for experiences in dining, shopping, museums, bars, and other festivities, you will be only a short 6-minute drive away.
Getting Around:
Winter Shuttle Service available during the ski season: There’s a shuttle stop less than 50 yards from the driveway. Take the shuttle to the Marriot on Columbine Rd. From there, it’s a 5-minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift at the base of Peak 9.
The Upper Warriors Mark Neighborhood runs a free shuttle every 15 minutes. The Breckenridge historic district is also within a 6-minute drive, with plenty of parking options near the BreckConnect Gondola. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown.

Great location for many people
This house was big enough for 12 adults and we enjoyed our stay. It could not have been easier to get to the mountain for skiing! Cooking was a bit of a challenge, like in all rentals, but overall we had a very positive experience.

Perfect crib for family or group of friends.
Would highly recommend this spot over and over again. Plenty of space for a great price. Tucked away in the mountains within your favorite song drive of the entertainment of downtown. I will be back.
The house is large and each family unit had their own bathroom. great location, quiet neighborhood
Just a few suggestions:
master bathroom needs a holder for t.p.
cook top needs a knob to turn on the fan
rail on deck is a bit rickety
our almost 5 granddaughter said it's the best vacation she ever had because there were so many people (12 of us) and she had never been to that house!!

Falling Short
First the home was accommodating the sleeping arrangements were good there was lots of room. The impression is this is not a private owed home and property managers have let it go downhill. The grill was not cleaned from last use or ever the deck and furniture were very disappointing. The railing leading downstairs needs a good scrubbing the rugs and carpet are very dirty the marks and gouges on walls should be cleaned and fixed there were a bunch of cigarette buttts all over outside. This in my opinion is not a VRBO standard of how their homes are kept.

A wonderful stay
We stayed at Smardale for a child free weekend and thorp enjoyed our stay. The cottage is immaculately clean with everything that you need to make your stay complete. Helen is a perfect host, so friendly and welcoming. The views from the cottage and local walks were much needed and we will definitely return. Thank you

We really enjoyed the house, our kids where very happy with then play Room. All the support from the team was great they always been attentive to us.
