Boulder Ridge Lodge was especially designed to host large groups in comfort. Enjoy spacious gathering spaces, soak in the private hot tub, and stretch out on your king size bed – all just steps away from the base of Peak 8. Your group can spend quality time together and still recharge in their own bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.

The home has 7.5 bathrooms and 7 bedrooms – with 20 available beds for privacy and flexibility. Bedrooms have their own dedicated bathroom so large groups can enjoy staying together without compromising privacy. Each newly upgraded king size bed can be divided into two twin extra-long beds to accommodate various groups.

The Trygve’s Magic Carpet and Rip’s Ride learning area are 120 meters from the backyard – walk to the chairlift each morning and ski home for lunch! No need to pay for parking or wait for a bus. It takes under ten minutes to walk to the gondola with free rides to Peak 7 and downtown Breckenridge.

Common Spaces in the Home:

Living Space:
Enjoy movie nights with the cozy sectional sofa, Smart TV (with Roku), and fieldstone wood fireplace. Gather around the large coffee table with a puzzle, curl up in the reading nook, or play cards at the upstairs game table. The basement rec-room has a Smart TV (with Roku) and pool table.

Kitchen and dining:
The gourmet kitchen was designed to cook for large parties of 20 or more. Cabinets are fully stocked with the appliances, dishes, pans, and utensils needed to prepare group meals (see amenities list). A six-burner gas range, three ovens, Sub-Zero® refrigerator, and two dishwashers create an ideal workflow for home cooks and professional caterers. The dining room seats twelve and the breakfast nook seats eight. There is a large gas grill on the deck connected to the home gas line so you’ll never run out of propane.
Mudroom: The newly expanded mudroom has custom cubbies, benches, and a wall-mounted gear dryer with space for 16 pairs of boots or gloves. Start the day with warm, dry gear! There’s space for skis and snowboards in the ski locker.

Hot tub:
Enjoy the eight-person private hot tub on the deck.

Other amenities:
The home has a washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a two-car garage with two additional spots in the driveway. Summit Mountain Rental supplies all linens and basic toiletries. • Suite 4, Spruce Suite: king bed (can be two extra-long twins upon request), private ensuite bathroom with steam shower, vaulted ceiling, TV, mountain views. (sleeps 2)
• Powder Room: half bathroom for guests
