One Ski Hill Place is a slope side resort operating year round at the base of Peak 8 just steps from Breck’s famous ski runs. The BreckConnect gondola whisks you into town or to the adjoining ski slopes. Peak 8 accesses Green, Blue and Black runs. This is a premier proprty of Breckenridge and the experience all encompassing. In addition to managing this unit my husband and I also own a 1BR/2 Bath condo across the hall. Great for friends or families together but prefer separate accommodations! Our other BreckCondoWithAView condos are The Village at Breckenridge (#3706) complex and Trails End complex (#408 & #406).

Because you are renting directly through us and not the resort you do NOT have to pay the 13% Resort Fees. You still have access to all the amenities with the exception of Room Service or charging items to your room. Please keep in mind that our management company will be your "Front Desk."
Our management company for key pick up/drop off is off site about 8 minutes from the condo on Main Street, Breckenridge but we have plans to install a coded door lock this fall so guests can go directly to the resort for their keys.
There is no daily housekeeping but if there is anything you need (maintenance issues, locked out, etc) they will provide those services to you. A midweek clean is required every 7 days if staying over 7 days at a charge of $105. If staying less than 7 days and want a midweek clean it is available for $105. Please let us know ahead of time.

We have partnered with Summit Express Shuttle and the local grocery store to receive discounts and guests will receive information in the online Guest Welcome Book that is emailed after booking.

Outstanding property. Exceptionally clean. Just as described and shown in the photos. Local management company contacted us right away and was very responsive. Located a few minutes from downtown and the perfect balance between being close, but not overwhelming during the busy season. I stayed in the fall, but definitely a great place to access skiing or summer activities.When I come back to Breckenridge, I will definitely book this unit again. A great stay.

This unit was clean and had everything you could need stocked and ready to go. It was just a short walk to all of the chair lifts and fun outdoor activities. The pool was great, and the management was thorough and communicative. I would highly recommend this property!

The condo was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay here for our business trip. My only caution would be that there is only one parking spot at the condo for one vehicle. It was a little tricky working around this. This was communicated to us before our booking and we were informed about the public pay to park spots. I still would rate this place at 5 stars for the location and view.

Awesome ski in/ski out condo
This condo is very spacious, well equipped and maintained, really large deck overlooking the mountains, and great true ski in/ski out. The ski valet at the resort was so easy. Having Breck Sports right next door for ski rentals made it very easy. We will definitely rent again!

Great place!
We stayed at this condo for a ski vacation. The communication by the owner before and during our stay was excellent and replies were prompt. Instructions for access to the unit were very easy. The staff at the building were fantastic. Location was perfect for skiing - couldn't be closer to ski access!! The unit was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed! We would stay there again for our next Breck vacation!

My family had a lovely ski weekend. We've stayed at One Skill Hill before and really appreciate the convenience of the location at the base of Peak 8. The condo was very clean and organized. Easy communication with the property manager. No issues at all during our stay.
