The quiet, convenient location just three miles north of town and is close to the Breckenridge Golf Course, bike path, Colorado Trail, and Nordic Center. In the winter months the HOA provides free private shuttle service to the ski resort, a truly fantastic amenity that takes the hassle out of ski season. The Gold Run Nordic Center is just down the road offering nordic skiing, ice skating and sleigh rides. In the summer months, the bike path and Breckenridge Golf Club are both within walking distance.
Our home is situated on three levels. The en-suite master bedroom is located on the top level, a supremely private space with its own deck offering stunning views. The middle floor is the gathering place with the kitchen and dining spaces, living room, den with pull-out bed, large outside deck and full bathroom. Enjoy the gas fireplace after a cold winter's day. The large dining table seats eight people comfortably. You will find the other two bedrooms on the bottom floor, each with their own bathrooms. One guest room contains a queen bed, the other guest room has two sets of bunk beds for a total of four beds. The laundry area is also on the bottom floor.
The garage is available for guest use. We can accommodate two vehicles, one in the garage and one in front of the garage in the private driveway.
