Beyond the kitchen is the sit-down dining room complete with seating for 8 and a sliding glass door and balcony. A queen bedroom will be found on the main level as well with a shared bathroom.
Up one more level (to the 4th level) are the king and queen bedroom suites – each featuring spacious ensuite bathrooms. Nice, but overpriced in the summer for it's age and condition.
Trip was in early August - 6 adults, 21-46 years old. We live in the front range and have been to Breckenridge and other mountain towns many times over 20+ years...
The GOOD:
-Check in and communication was excellent.
-The location, just past Peak 7, about 2-3 miles to downtown. Secluded enough but also close enough to town.
-More than 1 king bed! The main 4 bedrooms are large and the beds are 2 x king and 2 x queen + bunks that we did not use. Honestly this is rare, the number of rental houses that only have queen size and smaller is baffling.
-2 car garage you can actually use, it is not filled up with the crap or a sports car. It rained many times, so the garage was great.
-Quiet road with excellent views - overall the location and placement of the house are nice.
-Excellent WiFi +200 mbps on most of the floors, it did drop a little on the upper floor, but it was still very good.
The BAD:
-The house is big, and the layout is common for mountain homes - vertical with a lot of stairs, odd angles and strange room layouts. We were fine with all of this, others may not be. There's a LOT of stairs.
-Built in 2002 and its showing it's age with an overall lack of updates and maintenance.
-Top floor toilet leaks. It's not bad enough to make the entire floor wet all the time, but it is an issue.
-Top floor showers also leaks from all of the handles, the water is more significant than the toilet.
-Top floor king bed has no headboard, it's placement feels like an afterthought, get a low rise bed frame and headboard.
-At this point the hot tub just needs to be replaced. The jets barely work and there's grit and roof debris on the bottom.
-Gas fireplace turns on, but the entire house immediately smelled of burnt plastic / chemicals - we could not use it.
-The outdoor sitting area off of the kitchen was frustrating. The kitchen is big and nice, but right outside the door was a snow blower - it's August? Move it to the garage. Also, for such a nice kitchen and house, why would you have the absolute cheapest, red plastic patio chairs? It looks tacky and they were uncomfortable.
-No trash cans - such a weird issue. The kitchen and right next to the toilets were the only trash, weird.
-No fans - another weird issue, but with no AC, you need air flow, opening all the windows is fine, but it needs some better airflow.
-For the price, you're over-paying for what it was 20 years ago, not what it is today, over-built and outdated.

Very nice place
Very nice, very big, lots of stairs! Enjoyed the property very much, about a 10 min drive into Breckenridge. Neighborhood was very quiet and house was well stocked. Warning tho for families with small children, the backyard has 2 large open pits next to the house going down to the basement levels, fall is easily 10 plus feet...😔

Great location with nice amneteties.
Nice place, huge with many stairs, especially if your in the Eagles nest be prepared to climb many, many steps. Hot Tub had only 1 motor instead of the 3 it was supposedly built with, providing little to no jets of water, FAIL. Cozy living rooms (2), decks several! Kitchen was spacious with a Viking gas range, (1) igniter does not work, nice pool table, (not level) and cues warped. New Char-Broil gas grilled, (Very nice), beds very comfortable! Quiet area with wild life (animals), Host easy to communicate with. Overall, great experience, just be ready to climb your ass off!

COVID-19 Getaway
We found Alpine Majesty to be exactly as reviews stated, tired and too many stairs. Our family enjoyed the change of scenery and the shuttle service was excellent for those who enjoyed the skiing. It is unfortunate the elevator was inaccessible it would have improved our stay immensely. The entire home needs a thorough cleaning, the rugs are filthy and the kitchen needs “TLC.”

Nice but tired
Let me say this house is very nice and huge. Just note - tons of stairs.
Pros - big house, great rooms and living space, fun game room, nice decks, secluded.
Cons - far from town - 10-15 minute drive each way, the house is in slight disrepair - several doors did not work; one balcony railing was rotted rendering the balcony unusable; the is water damage in the bathroom next to game room, lots of weeds in yard and ants all over outside. IN addition the pictures on the website show pillows , throws and knicknacks none of which were present - this could be a covid thing however, and no instructions on how to run hot tub. Getting the jets to work was quite difficult.
Management company was generally great and easy to deal with (in fact they found a lost set of keys and over-nighted (at my cost) them to us- only complaint there is we ask for an extra hour to checkout and were told no even though the next renter was not coming for 3 days!
All in all, I would recommend this house to big groups who don't mind being far from town. I would hope some of the TLC which is needed gets done. If I return to Breck I would like to be closer to town.

Great vacation home
This was an amazing vacation home for my family. We had 11 people, and there was so much room. The house was clean, the property managers were polite and helpful. I would return to this house next year in an instant.
