We stayed for a weekend break in Bratislava. The hotel is new and really well designed & decorated. I was using my hotel points so we took the Junior Suite which was really above expectations: big, nicely done, comfortable. Worth the price in my opinion. The business lounge (which comes with the suite) is really spacious and nicely decorated, with loads of books to read and computer access. Breakfast was great and the staff really helpful. My only real complaint is the gym which is rather small and the machines and weights are poorly thought out (I'm a regular in the gym and know that you can provide the whole range from beginner to advanced with surprisingly little, but you have to ask somebody who knows what they're doing). It will not affect my grade because the overall feeling was great. The location is 10 minutes on foot from the old city center and you can find parking even on the streets around the hotel.

Had a nice stay, staff not too pleasanta bit cold, not very welcoming, breakfast could have been better.Hotel itself very nice and very close to the train station, we went to the Beer Arena which was great around the corner and a lot nicer atmosphere than hotel bar, no one in hotel bar for the 3 nights we were there maybe that is because of the prices! We also went to the Loft Hotel bar which was lovely.

Went there with a friend for the weekend. The staff especially Natalia were polite and nice. The room was clean and I have to say that the breakie was stunning. I would definitelly recommand this hotel !!!!

It was my third stay in this hotel. I already wrote a comment how I loved the decor and the style of the hotel and I also appreciated the location and services, but this time before all I would love to point of the professionalism and loveliness of the personal working there. Especially the receptionist called Natalia. She was excellent. It's always such a pleasure to talk to nice people. This smiled girl, extremely comfy beds and delicious breakfast made our stay even better. Thank you very very much and one more time, Natalia, fantastic job :)

The hotel is easy to get to. It is just 2 minutes’ walk from the Bratislava train station. Also, the main bus from Bratislava airport will bring you to the station. It is the end of the line. I would recommend taking the bus as it runs regularly and is incredibly cheap. Less than two euros for the journey* The hotel itself modern with very large clean rooms. I would like to make a special mention for the staff who were very helpful and obliging. I arrived at 11.30 in the morning, but the reception staff were still able to find us a room. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of the centre (about 10 minute). If you are unable to walk there is many buses and trams that you can take from the station. We ate at the hotel and the food was excellent if a little more expensive than what you would pay in the city. Overall excellent value for money *Just a note on the bus service. You must buy a ticket from the machine at the bus stop. Once you have this you validate the ticket on the bus. The tickets are purchased based on the time spent on the bus. Ticket for half an hour is more than enough to get to the Train station. The ticket machines will accept cash or credit card

I really recommend this amazing and very cheap 4 stars hotel in Bratislava, near the railway station and at only 1,5 km from the center, you can also walk for reach the center town. Excellent value for money, the staff is very gentle and always helpful. I would to like to come back in this hotel.

We stayed 2 nights at the Mercure Centrum hotel and absolutely enjoyed from check-in to check-out and everything in between. The hotel is very tidy, well located albeit a 20' walk from the historic centre of the city. We recommend in particular to enjoy a nice drink in the hotel bar to unwind after a full day of sightseeing; we experienced excellent, very attentive and professional service from barman Milos Ugrenovic who made our stay a memorable one. Breakfast is extensive and very tasteful, rooms are clean and comfortable. This hotel is for us the place to stay in Bratislava!

We are on our second day staying at this lovely hotel, very clean rooms, breakfast was brilliant so much choice even someone making you a fresh egg omelette . Staff are very helpful and friendly. Ignore those bad remarks visit Bratislava and come and stay at this lovely hotel.

The Hotel was exactly as described. Ideally placed for tram bus and train links. Only 5 to 10 minutes on the tram from the centre. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean and serviced well. The breakfast was plentiful - buffet style with great choice. We booked this in advance with our package and I think it was about £5 less than advertised at the hotel. We ate in the restaurant and had a lovely meal the first night including complimentary breads and butter and we enjoyed a few drinks at the bar a couple of nights. Drinks and food a bit pricey but good measures and portions. Fairly new quite trendy decor...but relaxing. Only minor downsides...not very pretty outside...its opposite an area that needs cleaning up and in the bedroom the bathroom was 'open plan'... despite being able to use blinds to screen it off from the bed area you could still see through the mirror. Not ideal if you were sharing with someone that you were not comfortable with displaying your body! Overall very happy and loved the shoe shines situated at every lift...came in very handy!

Great service, strategic location and designer experience. Loved the modern boutique style of the hotel and would definitely stay again. Requests were 100% fulfilled and there is nothing to blame at all. Thank you!
