Breakfast was lovely and the receptionist when we arrived too. We were not impressed with location, there was a lot of noise in the morning due to grounds work. The electricity in my room disappeared few times.

Check in staff excellent room very nice spacious very comfortable but then 2nd night no AC 😡 room 26.5 degrees did not sleep a wink. When checking out no offer of refund or complimentary water which we had to use. Quite disappointing end and will email the hotel on return for some form of refund

What an incredible weekend stay at this stunning property. Mama’s is everything you would hope for a Boutique Hotel to be. Maria on Reception is such an asset to the team - we felt so welcomed and that no request was too much to ask. Lovely spa facilities and modern chic bathrooms - loved the soaker bathtub. Excellent quality hotel for a cheap price!

We couldn’t fault the hotel in any way. The value for money was amazing considering all the extras that came with our stay - a delicious free breakfast and access to a great gym/pool/sauna. Our room was modern, comfortable and luxurious. The location of the hotel was also perfect as we were able to park our car out front and walk everywhere we needed to go in the city. Would definitely return to this hotel if we came back to Bratislava.
