Receptionist was rude for my late night check-in, I sent an email to make sure they do checkin after 12am, but at the hotel staff was complain about I’m so late and said ‘I didn‘t get any email‘, made me upset after one tired travelling day. room was clean, have anything I need.

Stay during New Year

The room is good and the heating in the room was great. The only issue we had was the location of the hotel as it's bit far from the city and difficult to travel during nights. Also,there are no restaurants in nearby location and might need to travel a bit for food. Rest all was great !!
