Great hotel with good gym and indoor pool. Unfortunately, not near Old Town, which was our main reason to visit Bratislava. There is parking under the hotel for a fee. Breakfast was a good selection. Room was clean and quiet.

We booked this hotel because it was close to Vienna, Austria and it was available for a very reasonable amount of Hilton points. We were very impressed with the hotel and the staff was very helpful and courteous even with a slight language barrier. We used their service for transportation to and from the airport which was about 60 US dollars each way. The breakfast which is included was phenomenal with a wide variety of selections from fresh baked breads to yogurt to salmon and included eggs and sweet offerings as well as fresh fruit. And the coffee was some of the best we have ever had.

Probably one of the best hotels in Bratislava, don't lose time for searching. Very nice rooms, great food, fantastic service, comfortable bed, well equipped gym and adequate size swimming pool. Only the location could be better - closer to Old town.

It's nice hotel with very kind staff, but I'm not so impressed because of location (it's not near to the city center) and food. Breakfest was very good but lunch :( Last day, there was problem with spa, so lobby was flooded.

Okay.., so maybe it's the only Hilton in Bratislava. No matter, this hotel still ranks among the best in the city. Yes, it too far to walk from the train, bus station or airport, so make sure you sign up for an uber account or get the telephone number for a reliable local cab company before your arrival. Otherwise, you'll be at mercy of the predatory standing cabs at these locations who charge unsuspecting tourists two to three times the going rate for transport to the hotel. The hotel itself is modern, self contained and features a well above average breakfast buffet. Self parking is available for a (steep) fee. If you are arriving from touristy Vienna you will probably find this to be a good product at a more than reasonable price.

Stayed for just 1 night in this hotel and the hotel appears to be fairly new and up to date. The accommodations were good, the front desk staff was professional, however, the hotel location was 2-3 miles away from old town and most attractions and the parking at 20 Euros per night was extremely overpriced.

Stayed for one at the Double Tree Hilton Bratislava, from the moment you walk in, this is clearly a very classy hotel. A lot of Hilton's look quite old and stale but this was much more modern without being over the top. Hot cookie on check in is always a nice touch, check in process was very quick. Rooms were spacious with most amenities you'd need, except complimentary water. Free wifi was easy to join and more importantly did not cut out when using it. Didn't eat in the restaurant but sat in the bar area for some drinks and the food smelt fantastic. Hotel was about 5 min taxi from the centre so would stay here for business or leisure. Great hotel

The hotel itself is nice - the rooms and lobby etc is well maintaned and looks modern and fresh. Same thing for the restaurant - breakfast was nice. The reception staff was not very welcomming though - not recognizing Hilton Honors status in particular and no smile. Not a big deal - but it is something that makes your stay more special. Location is nice - right next to the Ice Hockey stadum and near public transport.

I reserved this hotel for one night only. It cost me only 10.000 points which is very cheap. I even got an upgrade. Parking is underground and it costs 20 euro/day. Location is about 30 min walking from olde Towne, which isn't that great. On the way back, we took a cab for about 20 euros. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of cheese, and everything you'd expect from a great full Hilton hotel. I happened to use the gym which was very well equipped. Didn't use the pool or sauna but seemed nice.

My wife and I stayed May 21&22nd at the Double Tree. We used their transportation due to arriving in Vienna late on the 21st. We had to pay but it was worth it. Our driver was easy to find at the airport and was courteous. He had a nice clean car with water for the passengers. We had a friendly greeting at the hotel and since we are Diamond members we were upgraded. The room was clean and spacious. We wanted ice and the front desk got some for us. They were helpful in getting directions to go to Old Town and back. Breakfast was wonderful, no complaints. All the staff was courteous and professional. Well trained. We didn't dine at the hotel, but had a few drinks in the restaurant. One of the wineswe did not like and we were not charged. We at dinner on Saturday next door at kind of a sports bar which was good. Our return trip by the hotel to the Vienna Airport to meet our tour group was on time and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again. I know some people complained the hotel is too far away from things but my wife and I who are in our late 50's walked to Old Town as well as the castle. I've had numerous knee surgeries and both my hips replaced. We did take the tram back and got off a short distance away from the hotel. So in reality it's not too far from things. I would recommend the Double Tree and if back in Bratislava, would definitely stay here again.
