Stayed 1 night on a business trip in November. The room was very spacious with great amenities. The room had excellent wifi with plenty of space to work. I had lunch and breakfast, both were very enjoyable. Staff were very friendly and attentive. I used the steam room in the fitness suite, which was very well kept. Overall I had a very nice stay and would recommend to anyone travelling in Bratislava.

I was there for one night, the breakfast was amazing it was actually very good for a 4 * hotel, it was clean however the bes cover had a lot of hairs on it so was disgusting for a 4*. Staff was very nice and helpful Internet was awful super slow, didn’t work well.

The hotel is interesting from the outside, making a regular white/grey 'box' building special with pix (looking like huge stamps). The room was ok, quite big, clean and with a view (from the 6th floor). Excellent breakfast. Some guests might object to having their card copied on arrival when everything had been paid before and the hotel already used their card - this does not happen everywhere and may damage the reputation of the hotel. There is a very good, huge bookshop Panta Rhei downstairs (or maybe it's an adjacent building, though it looks like the same one) with a nice cafe. Staff was helpful, smiling.

I have been in many European Cities, such as Paris, Vienna, Rome, Barcelona, Warsaw, Budapest and many more where I always choose to stay in 4 star Hotels. I can truly say that Austria Trend Hotel Bratislava is the best 4 star Hotel till now. Very good price for a luxury, large room with extremely comfortable bathroom. There are many facilities such as WiFi, Gym, Bar and comfortable living room. It is located near the Old City, tram and bus stop. Breakfast includes a huge variety of goods and hot n' cold drinks (coffees, juices etc) which covers everyone's taste. Staff is extremely helpful and gentle. It is also good to mention that the travel agency, where I booked my room, refused to modify my reservation (Non refundable), as I had a complication with my flight and I was needed to reschedule but Hotel Manager Mr. Youssef, Medhat and Reservation Manager Mrs. Barbara Galatova did it with no additional cost !!! I would like to thank them again! (V. Kourkoutas from Greece)

A really good hotel, well located in Bratislava close to transport links and within walking distance (5-10 mins) to all old town sites. Nice large rooms, really clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast included. I would stay here again if I return to Bratislava in the future.

I have just returned from a short break in Bratislava. I would recommend this hotel it is clean and comfortable and in a good location, near shops and restaurants and just a short walk from the old town. It is very quiet at night and the breakfast is varied and plentiful. One small quibble is that they ran out of tea on day two, and there is no tea or coffee making facilities in the bedrooms. They staff were helpful and friendly but on our second last and last days the cleaners knocked on our doors at 8.30 am and again a short time later. We are not early risers especially when on holiday and didn't appreciate being woken so early for no good reason. Overall a good place to stay.

Easy to find hotel about 15 minute walk from rail station. We stayed here for 2 nights . Easy to walk around the lovely old streets of the city. We walked to the Castle it took about 15minutes . The hotel was quiet and there were families staying here . The breakfast was very good with every taste catered to. The room was nothing special but a good bed and free WiFi and a view of the town from our window. The room was very clean and towels were changed daily . The staff were helpful and pleasant and there was a bar and restaurant with tv for sports etc .

Hotel is situated in a quiet area not far from the old town and so is handy for all the main sites. The rooms are clean, modern and well appointed. The bathroom was also very clean and had good large white bath towels. We had booked a queen bed and unfortunately when we got to the room it was two singles. When we phoned reception they checked but came back to say they were fully booked and that we could have the beds pushed together. We had booked well in advance and throughout our stay there was no evidence that this large hotel was at capacity so we were disappointed that they couldn't give us the room we had requested. The dining area was very large and had a very good breakfast selection with a chef station for fresh omelettes etc. On our day of departure we asked if they knew the cost of a taxi to the airport (less than 20 mins away). We were told they could book a hotel taxi for us and it would cost €25. We decided to check Uber instead and ended up going with them at a cost of less than €6. I realise that hotels need to make a profit and charge for the service of booking for a customer but a €19 supplement is ridiculous.

Heated rooms (25 degrees celsius) with no real control to reduce. Veeeery slow wifi (download speeds at 0,1MBit/s). Unpleasant staff at reception with no real desire to solve any of your complaints (WIFI, room temperature). Breakfast very slim - not the 4-star hotel's level

Visited Bratislava for Easter in April 2017 and stayed at the hotel with my son. Immediately we stepped into the hotel there was a welcoming atmosphere. Staff received us well and even paid special attention to their little guest (My 6 year old son). Check-in was fast. The room was very spacious and clean. We had our breakfast in the room during our stay due to been late sleepers and most say we were pleasantly surprised with the large variety of choices to choose from the breakfast in the room selection card. The hotel is located in the center so it was easy to move around and even take a walk to the old city.
