Do Not Book!

No check in instructions, never answered any messages and the phone number listed was not out of service. We never even got into the property. This needs to be flagged by Hotels.com, DO NOT BOOK!

A total SCAM!

Im extremely disappointed with my experience in this place. I made a reservation for one night : I paid and then made an electronic check-in. I was supposed to arrive at 2pm. I was supposed to get an e-mail from Ella with the access code to enter the apartment and never got an answer on time. I tried to contact her by WhatsApp (voice messages and text messages), by e-mail and by the chat from hotels.com and we even asked a worker from the Sinaia turist information center to call her from a local line, with no answer. He told us that this was very weird and looked like a scam. So, we needed to make another reservation in another village in order to have somewhere to sleep. We finally got the access code too late and NEVER took possession of the apartment. I asked hotels.com for a refund and they say that they contacted Ella about it and that she refused. Im also disappointed how hotels.com dont really care about their costumers. I have print screens of all the messages i sent to prove I did every step they it was supposed to be. But i have to pay for a service I didn’t use.
