The cabin was really nice. Lots of fun things to do. It is ways out of town, but if you want secluded, this is it. Kitchen is very modern, with everything you will need for your stay. We enjoyed our stay, plus we got a free ticket to Silver Dollar City!

Family vacation

The lake house was absolutely perfect for our little family vacation with our teens! Located at the end of a very quiet road, the location was perfect to get away from the busyness of town, while still close enough to enjoy all of the attractions Branson has to offer. We enjoyed fishing and swimming in the lake, all of the many games the house has to offer, smores on the campfire, and early morning coffee on the deck. This was the perfect getaway!

Very clean. Excellent communication. Beds comfortable. Kitchen nicely equipped. Main living quarters do require climbing a flight of stairs, either outdoors or indoors. Trail to lake well marked, maintained.

Great house/Stinky water

The house alone would get a 5-star review if it weren’t for the water and lack of care from the maintenance staff concerning our complaint. The hot water smelled strongly of sulphur (think rotten eggs), but the cold did not. It took over 2.5 days to get any information on the status of the maintenance request, and we were finally told it was just well water and running it for 5 minutes might clear it up. This made no sense since it was only the HOT that smelled; clearly the issue was with the hot water heater. We actually heated up the cold water on the stove for baths with no foul smell, and some in our party just opted for cold showers. Neither was ideal, but we made the best of it. The house was otherwise ideal. Great location with a little trail to the lake and nice outdoor porch area. House was clean and modern. I really hate to review poorly, but none of the other reviewers mentioned this, and I sure would have preferred knowing before booking.

Family vacation

Loved that there wasn't any neighbors close to us very private. You can see the fireworks from silver dollar city. The trail to the lake was nice. Has a good game room. We saw lots of deer.very relaxing.

Great Week at the Lake

Everything was great. We really enjoyed the view and the space for the kids to play downstairs. If you are feeling up to it, there is a path to the lake where you can jump right in for a swim. The hike back up is a little steep but did not stop us from doing it several times. Another bonus for us was not staying directly in town so traffic was better for quick trips to the store, the local coffee shop, Kimberling City and Silver Dollar City.

AMAZING AND BEAUTIFUL

THIS PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL!!! THE LOCATION IS PERFECT FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO BE IN A SECLUDED AREA. THE VIEW FROM THHE BALCONY IS AMAZING. IF YOU LIKE SEEING DEER THIS IS THE PLACE. THE DEER ARE EVERYWHERE AND THEY AREN'T SPOOKED SO YOU CAN STOP TO GET PICTURES IF YOU WANT TO. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND WILL DEFINETLY BE BACK!

Cool and Relaxing Place

Cool and relaxing place! Was great for a guys trip. Enjoyed the game room. A pool table would be a nice addition. Also, there were a decent amount of spiders down there, but I guess that comes with being in a wooded area. The proximity to the Branson and lake and the views were lovely. Hosts communicated well. Would stay there again.

Weekend Getaway

Overall, the space and location worked for our family. I wish management was more considerate of our stay as they scheduled pest control during our stay despite having plenty of time before our check-in. Bathtub had hair and debris and there were a bunch of dead bugs in the basement. I'm well aware it's to be expected that homes will accumulate things like dirt and bugs, but check-out is 10am and check-in is 4pm, so that gives management 6 hours of cleaning and time to schedule a service like pest control before a reservation. I also attempted to ask if there was a known pest issue since we were informed of the scheduled visit. I was told this is a quarterly service. When pest control showed up, he said he was there due to a mouse complaint. Lack of transparency made this visit less comfortable.

Nice private lake getaway

We enjoyed our stay! The beds were comfortable with nice bedding and the decor was inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed and ample towels for the kitchen and bathrooms were provided. The house was convenient to attractions and things to do. We liked that you could walk down to the lake if you wanted to but as expected it was a hike. We also enjoyed the fire pit and the stars above and the views from the upper deck. The outdoor furniture was also nice. FYI the gas grill was not very nice. I decided not to use it because of its condition. Lastly, the rec room was really nice to have to entertain the family between vacation activities.

Great Family Vacation

Had a great time on our annual family trip to Table Rock. The cabin had everything we needed and was a place to relax after a day on the water. The deck offered great views, and our girls loved the bunk beds. If you bring a boat, sure to get a boat slip at Indian Point or the State Park Marina since there is much space to keep a boat and trailer on the property.

Escape on the lake

Clean property right on lake (rocky/tree line access) tucked away from town. No WiFi and cell service is 1 bar so perfect for disconnecting from the world to connect with family. Teen and kid loved playing foosball downstairs. Deck was my favorite spot to relax and watch the water. All living area on top floor with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and great room. Property does have DVD player so bring DVDs or download shows if you want “streaming” media.

quite and relaxing close to alot of the activities that people want to do near branson area

We had a great stay and would return. Had some small issues most where addressed. One wasn't addressed yet they had to address the correct people for this but hopefully will be for other future visits for us or others. The small yard and area of grass around the firepit was not mowed and could not use grass to tall and did not get to use like we had planned tall grass which attracts ticks more is not good around this area that people would like to enjoy in the evening. Other than this an small things it was nice quite relaxing. Bring dvd's if you want to watch a movie and or also for kids is helpful. bring card games ect. if you like that its fun. But they have a ping pong table, a small airhockey table and foosball table and dart game. for adults and kids was great on the days it rained or didn't rain kept all entertained.
