Clean and had everything we needed. I appreciated not having to strip the beds and take out the trash. That is very nice. The beds were not very comfortable and a couple of them sagged in the middle when we slept. A couple of the games were missing pieces so we were unable to play. I did reach out to the host on Saturday and he never responded to the games missing pieces and the beds not being comfortable. I would recommend.
