Tree + House at Indian Point
Welcome to the Tree + House at Indian Point! This is a custom built luxury modern treehouse for four. It's tucked neatly in the forest with walls of windows and breath taking views of Table Rock Lake. Close proximity to Table Rock Lake and Silver Dollar City.
The space
Nestled among Oak and Pine trees sits the tree house which is just over 680 SQ FT. The tree house stands 20 FT off the ground with a sizable deck and walk area. A patio on the deck offers a BBQ grill, seating for four and a gas fireplace. Down below you will find additional seating and a wood burning fire pit area. The property is gated and can be manually closed for extra privacy. Tesla charger available on site.
Inside you will find 20' floor to ceiling windows which makes you feel you're outside among the trees. The kitchenette offers a two burner cook top and microwave for your cooking needs. Quartz counters and back splash, with sleek modern appliances. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils needed for your stay. We do provide salt and pepper, as well as cooking spray. In the dining area you will find a table that seats four that overlooks the patio and views of the Lake. There is also a washer and dryer provided for the guests during their stay.
There are two queens beds, one in the main bedroom and the other in the loft both with luxurious linens. In the bathroom you will find heated tile floors, imported marble tile from Italy and multiple shower heads that includes a rainfall shower. In the loft area , a queen size bed and a desk for any work you might need to do during your stay and a cozy reading nook with an array of books for a rainy day.
This Tree house is not suited for small children or elderly due to the loft stairs.

A beautiful, secluded modern stay. Coffee on the deck here recharged our souls. Minimalist, yet had every detail we needed. Relaxing views of Table Rock Lake and minutes from the shows of Branson and right by Silver Dollar City without the chaos. Owner was very easy with communication. Perfect place for a couples getaway. If you want an Ozark nature vibe without the musty rustic treehouse/cabin thing, this modern treehouse is fresh, clean and gorgeous. Highly recommend!

This property was amazing. Not only was the view great the overall home itself was absolutely beautiful. Great extra amenities with plenty of extra towels if needed. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone. The pictures are exactly what you get in this fabulous little home.

Amazing!
Me and my teens loved this place (and it’s hard to impress teenagers). It was just so perfect with amazing views and extra touches that this mom really, really appreciated. The board games facilitated some quality family time each night. The beds and bedding were so comfy so we all slept well. An absolutely lovely place to start the day (with a cup of coffee on the deck looking at the lake and nature) then come back to after hitting all the rides at Silver Dollar City (repeatedly) and the outlet mall. Thanks for sharing the tree+house with us! We hope to come again when we can stay longer - or maybe even a kid free trip.
