Great place! Had hot water and super cute!! Great location. Stayed in the Piccadilly room. Staff was super nice also!
Authenticity. Really neat place.
Very cute
Nice hotel from the outside but staff is not good. They could not answer the question about how much of a hold was being placed on the credit card. Then we go up the stairs to find one of the employees laying down on the couch sleeping. Upon check out we were delayed 20 mins as nobody was at the front desk. Even called the number that says to call and nothing. I did receive a call an hour later asking if I needed anything because they saw the missed call. Not a good staff
Nice and Old , small but cozy with a warm feeling. Adjacent pub/grill is very good. We didn’t enjoy the fire place due to kids roaming around like a hang out or maybe they lived there but that would of been really nice. The decorations where lovely and so Christmasie - Definitely recommend and will return. There is no elevator and no help with luggage so pack light - lol 11-2018
Quiet town and hotel. Train tracks close. Woke some. Not us. Hotel needs minor refinements. Staff is young and lacks experience.
It’s a quaint, historic hotel with more charm and character than most hotels in the area. I love the location because there’s convenient street parking and different types of restaurants (Mexican, pizza, soul food, Chinese, bar food) within a short walk. There are also two adorable coffee shops nearby. It’s away from the Branson traffic but less than a 10 minute drive to the Landing. A free breakfast is included. My only complaint is that air is cranked up too high for my liking and even turning it off didn’t seem to help so I end up using a blanket. The rooms are a little small (a typical European size room) so if you will need more space, request the “Buckingham” room when you book. This has become my go to hotel whenever I’m in the area.
We had a very nice stay. Stayed 2 nights. Great free breakfast in the morning. Lovely restaurant with bar. Clean, quiet & quaint. If I had to pick something to complain about it would be that we never saw any ghosts! LoL
Beautiful Foyer. Fantastic Hotel! No elevator and room temperature is controlled by the front desk but a really nice place! Highly recommended.
Loved staying here. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Great looking hotel.
I enjoy staying here when I’m traveling to the Branson area — it’s a quaint little hotel with an attached restaurant and bar. The manager is always friendly and the room is always clean. My room on this stay was a little small but it was fine. I love hotel’s charm. It’s the perfect alternative to staying on the strip.
