Horrible room. Idk who has been leaving reviews on here giving this place a good review but the floors were filthy looking. The bed linens had stuff all over tbem. Towels were stained. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling. We stayed for 30 mins and booked another hotel.

This is just a comfortable room at a comfortable price. It fit our needs. We will stay again. Super nice staff. Gravy and super soft biscuits, great danish, fruit, cereal and yogurt breakfast choices. We felt safe. We visited with other guests. Overall, a nice place to stay. If you are looking for frills, this is not for you. Perfect for us.

No Smoking, no pets is the first thing you see at the lobby door, which is good for me but my wife smokes. I’m deathly allergic to cats and glad there wasn’t any lingering hair or dander. Smoking was allowed outside the room and they told her to drag a chair out if needed. Everything was relatively clean, some of the nooks and crannies needed attention; especially, the A/C unit inside, gross. The carpet was dirty and needed to be cleaned. The stairs leading up and the stairwell area, walkway, along with the siding needs to be power washed. The entry door handle wasn’t in good shape and we had to have help opening it, clunky. The best part of the room was the mini-fridge and constant supply of hot water, it was hot from the moment we turned on the faucets. Plenty of towels but the pillows were like puffs of air, mushy. Considering the age of the place it could’ve easily been neglected but for the most part was in good shape. I wouldn’t say it is the worst my wife and I stayed at but not the Waldorf either. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, they deserve top marks. We’d go back for sure.

Great location- the pillows were flat, desperately needed replaced. Told they did not have any extra, all out and property manager needed to order more. Some kind of water leak in our room that left carpet saturated- musty smell when entering. No resolution for either issue. Water pressure was great and abundance of hot water

Not as expected

We booked this because of all the great ratings, but the ratings stating the place had been updated, the conditions of the rooms were rated high and that the breakfasts were great must have been for some other place? Pretty plain breakfast, room smelled kinda stale and while the room was clean, the carpet was old and worn and I have stayed several other places in Branson that were more updated, better furnished and had some choices in the hot breakfast department. It wasn't terrible for the price, but lots of places with similar pricing are better in Branson.

Never saw staff except at check in and check out. Breakfast was a couple rolls, oatmeal, coffee, juices, toast, and yogurt. Enough to get by. We were there for 3 days it was the same each day. There was black mold in the bathroom

The Best Time Machine!

Very charming place, you will travel back to 1985. Even the key to the room made me want to go back to the 80s. Great price, great people, great city!

Property is old and has not been kept up. Had to report the shower because the water would go from warm to scalding without touching the control. Was an iron burn on the carpet. Mattress was old and terrible. Overall the place is old and needs refurbishing. Would not recommend and would not stay there again.
