Room was pretty good for the price. Had an unusual step up into the bathroom. Door lock didn't seem too sturdy. What i didn't like was that the indoor pool and hot tube didn't have a bathroom or changing area. Didn't want to walk to room in a wet suit in December. Staff was very nice and hot breakfast was very good.
We stayed two off-season, midweek nights here. What’s not to like? Clean rooms, very friendly service, located right on the 76 strip! They serve a great HOT breakfast with sausage biscuits and gravy, egg omelet etc. Coffee is always hot and good. Parking is ample, and close to the elevator. Highly recommended for budget conscious travelers.
We drove into town with no reservation's and needed a pet friendly motel. We chose the right one! We have never stayed in a motel that had the courteous staff like we found at Quality Inn!! From the front desk, the housekeeper and the gal's that were working in the kitchen. Room was clean, fresh and the bed's were very comfy. We VERY much enjoyed our stay at this motel and we return to Branson, we will look no further than Quality Inn for our stay.
The room was very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was great for a hotel breakfast. The heater did not work in our room when we arrived so we called the front desk. The maintenance workers arrived very promptly and replaced the unit in about 30 minutes or less. All the staff were pleasant and courteous. We will definitely keep this in mind for future visits.
The people were very friendly but we asked to have a smoking room on the lower floor due my Mom being disabled and were told nothing was available (this was RIGHT after Labor day) and everyone had already gone home. We went to go swimming and then enjoy the hot tub but it was broken and the pool was cold. After going for a cold swim,..when we got back to our room we came across a couple cockroaches, which freaked us out because we've NEVER had them and were afraid we might bring them home. The price was ok,..but like they always say,...you get what you pay for and this was one of those times.
Motel is easy to find, but our GPS sent us all around town and we were very frustrated when we finally arrived. The front desk agent (Jim) apparently sensed our frustration and went overboard in making us comfortable. Again the next day when we checked out he was very professional and made us feel like we were the only people he had to take care of. The room was very good and the breakfast was excellent. The location was great and very convenient to shows we were going to see. Could not have asked for one thing to be any better from the time we checked in until the time we checked out. A very positive experience.
We requested a smoking room either on ground floor, or with handicap access. Reservations were made months in advance. We were assigned a room in which access was through the pool area, and there were no steps or stairs. It was, however, on the back side of building #2 and when we arrived after our show, at a little before 11 p.m., the pool area door was locked. We tried our card and it did not work on that door. There we stood with our stuff, calling on our cell phone to ask how to gain access to our room. We were told that we would have to go to the other end of the building and around to access that side of the building (our room was on the end where the pool area is), it was quite a walk and the office was well aware that my husband is disabled, and the desk clerk told me it might be a round about way to get there, but we could just walk around the building. As well, there is inadequate parking in front of building #2, for the rooms, and, the parking on the backside where our room was located is all on ground floor, our room was on 2nd floor, so that if we parked in the back, we had no choice but to climb stairs. Absolutely hard on someone who is unable to walk or climb stairs without difficulty. Our door would not work when we checked in, and the maid staff, luckily enough, happened to be nearby and she was able to wrangle the door open. She told us she couldn't even open ½ of the doors without having to manhandle them. The tub filled with water when showering and “blub blubed” when draining-very slowly. The television kept saying “no signal” and we had to figure out how to change the input on it in order to get it to work. The coffee pot in the room would only work if you held pressure on the lid while it perked. Incredibly dissappointing stay this time.
We stayed here in 2016, came back in Aug. 2017, same problems small holes in the bathtub needs a painted, I keep telling the management about the holes in the bathtub, don't know if they care, the breakfast has no bacon, no sausage, no waffles, there are small pieces of ham in the scrambled eggs, too much money for this place, next visit will be at another Quality Inn!!
I'm trying to think of the positive things. They breakfast was okay. Oh and the air conditioner work good. A group of 10 of us (five rooms) stayed two night and we survived. 3 rooms were queen double beds, 1 handicap. and one King. And none of the rooms was the same price?? I was in the handicap room and it was small. I could barley get my wheelchair between the bed and the tv stand. There was mold under the sink in the bathroom and the shower head wouldn't stay in position. I finally toke a dime and tightened it up so that it would stay. You're welcome Quality Inn for letting me do your maintenance work. You my want to order some new sheets as well ours had black specs on it. Not sure when it was built maybe late 80's or 90's but it looks it. Stuff was falling for the ceiling out side rust everywhere. If it hadn't been for my family I would have left after my first look at the room. Sorry Quality Inn on the Strip but your motel isn't Quality.
This was our 15th hotel in 19 days and I would say it tied for last place. Lobby clean, nicely decorated, breakfast adequate and mostly pleasant staff. Good internet service, convenient location. Now for the room. Looked like it has never been updated. Upon entering the room I noticed a large empty space with a mirror which could have had a desk or table. Conduit laying on the floor. Mini fridge on floor. 1 folding luggage rack and no place to put second suitcase except on the bed. We used the ironing board as an extra table. There was a small round table with 2 chairs. The room was shabby with paint chips on walls, doors and furniture and holes in the carpeting, the little furniture there was was outdated and in bad shape. We found dog food on the floor. I killed a fly on the mirror and wiped it the best I could obviously not cleaned by housekeeping as the next day it could still be seen on the mirror. On previous entries, we were able to open the door with no issue, however on coming back the First night we couldn't open the door. Maintenance came and NOT nicely told us, As if we should know, that you have to lift the handle to open, why were we not told this at first? Upon checkout, Nancy apologized profusely and was sorry. We were told the new owner plans on renovating in the future. I really would have liked some compensation, however it Was not offered. I would not recommend this hotel for any price. Pay a few dollars more for a nicer place until they renovate!
