Great space!

The houses were perfect for the team! We had 32 people and everyone had a bed with plenty of bathrooms. Beds were comfortable too! If you need a lot of space, this is a great option!

Branson family vacation

Really enjoyed our stay with my siblings and their families. The two pools were great, as well as the hot tub. Cabins met our expectations and were very clean. The cabins were close enough to travel to downtown Branson and all activities surrounding the area. The staff was very helpful and kept us informed about their facilities and quick to respond to any questions we might have had.

Great Place for an 34 Person Anniversary!

Party fo 34! We had our grandparent's 60th wedding anniversary here and everyone went away happy! We rented two of the houses. There is an outdoor and indoor pool, hot tub, and kiddie pool area up the hill by the clubhouse that we had access to. However, if you don't fully dry off before getting in the car, bring your own towel because the clubhouse towels that you check-out have to be returned before you leave the building or else you will be charged for them. They really do not want you to take them with you even if you plan on returning them later. And be sure that they actually log the towels back in and they see you put it in the bin. The cabin itself was great! Check-in was very easy and I absolutely LOVED the fact that I could just text the property manager and they would respond promptly if there was an issue. When we first arrived, it seemed that the A/C was not working; however, upon checkout, they put the A/C up to a whopping 78 degrees in the summer! They did not get done preparing the house for us until 20 min til 4pm/check in time. So it was not cool until after we all went to bed that evening. Throughout the stay, the air would be on but it was not enough to keep the house at the temperature we set on the thermostat. When we did think there was an issue though, the property manager sent out the maintenance worker and he checked it out for us quicker than I thought they would. After that, everything was great!

Cheaply Furnished/Not Well Cleaned

Upon arrival there was a strong smell of sewage. Upon investigation the sewer was running over into the lawn. Probably not to the fault of the owner, but it was pretty bad. Some of the bathrooms were unfurnished with toiletries. The dishes put away in the cabinet had food and lipstick on them. I brought a youth group on a church trip and there were edibles found in the house that the previous occupants had left. The cleaning crew left them where they were for us to find. Multiple of the bed frames were broken and collapsing. The coffee table was falling apart. The pool table had a leg broken off and was leaning severely. It all just felt cheap. The price did not reflect the property
