I had an excellent stay at the Dockers Inn. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location gives great access to the endless fun things to do in Branson. Mini fridge/freezer, microwave, and tv were all newer clean and worked as they should. On the upper end of the $50 and under hotels anywhere. I would stay again without hesitation.

Warmly greeted by a very pleasant staff throughout our four night stay. Room, on arrival, was clean, although, subsequent to that, it was not serviced by housekeeping for two days. Comfortable pillow-top mattresses. Flat screen tv with 100+ channels. Carpeting, linens, all in good shape. There was a leak coming from the sink area, and a problem with a running toilet, but all handled immediately by maintenance, after the staff was notified. Good stay for the money, and on the "Yellow" route in town, which made it quiet, yet convenient, to all attractions. Coffee in the breakfast area offered three choices to strengths, and was very good. The food was just okay. Biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, donuts, bagels, breads and a selection of four types of sugared cereal. They offered tickets to shows and Silver Dollar City equal to, or less than some of the many discount ticket outlets, which was quite an nice unexpected surprise. The rooms are all smoke-free, however, on the down side, smokers pace back and forth outside your door, resulting in smoke seeping through openings around the door. and you are faced with a bucket of butts near your door when you enter or exit the room. Would have been five stars if ALL the property was smoke free, or if the smoking area delegated to well beyond the area of the rooms, and if reliable daily housekeeping was experienced.

The comfortable beds, reasonable price and free breakfast is the reason we keep coming back

It was a very pleasant stay for us. We had to leave early due to illness, but the staff were very helpful. Even though it was a second floor room it had no stair to climb which made it very convenient and safe for us.

Nice place to stay. Great price. Rooms were spacious and clean

Showers were cold it took two hours for room to heat up

Enjoyed the stay and the show we saw. Will plan on doing it again soon! The hotel grounds and parking lot were suitable. The hot breakfast was very good.

Awesome bed very clean and comy. Wasn't run down and breakfast was awesome.

Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and the attendant was friendly.

Very comfortable and convenient hotel. Only issue is there seems to be no insulation between top and bottom floor. You can definitely hear everything going on.

The tub dripped all night long had to shut the door to bathroom just so could sleep the went to brush teeth and had water on at sink and all sudden I hear water hitting the floor look down and sure enough it's pouring out the pipe go to take shower and where the water had dripped all night it soaked the floor being toliet... someone else trash was in the room I will never stay there again I have stayed at cheaper places and much nicer

For folks that are NOT disabled, this place is very nice. Unfortunately, we were told during booking (Orbitz even called the facility for information) that the handicapped accessible room had a roll-in shower. Upon our arrival to the room, the shower was a regular "tub" with a shower. It did have the grab-bars for safety however my friend could NOT use it. The front desk clerk at the facility (same one Orbitz talked to) told us they told the Orbitz representative that it MIGHT have a roll-in shower since it was handicapped accessible but that information was not readily available. Orbitz sells rooms so.......what was relayed back to us was that it DID have the roll-in shower. Ugh! All in all it seems to be a nice facility but be careful if your mobility is more limited than most!

My husband and myself have stayed here a few times. It is a nice, clean motel with a great hot breakfast. The towel animals on the bed were a great little touch!!

Nice friendly staff. Every one you came in contact with greated you with a smile.

Great hotel, awesome breakfast refilled constantly, friendly helpful staff, would recommend!

Just ok, if other hotels were available I'd go elsewhere

Room was clean and comfortable. I stayed mid week in early April and the rate was very, very low. Breakfast was alright. It was not the greatest but it done the job. The hotel employee that was responsible for the breakfast area was very nice and kept the area clean and everything well stocked.

The owner was very concerned about a domestic disturbance which took place in the wee hours and awoke most of the guests. He took the appropriate action by calling authorities, who promptly arrived and the offenders were "removed". Events like that are out of the control of management, but the owner/mgr took the right steps and apologized for the disturbance. We would stay again, based on his concern for his guests. He is working hard to compete with newer hotels all around, and is doing a good job. Nice breakfast in a larger area than most. We would recommend as the price is very fair for the cleanliness and care level.

Oh I would have rated the hotel 5 stars if it wasn't for the manager and owner stating that I have to pay for damages for sheets and towels. I accidentally spilled my chocolate shake on the bed and I used the towels to get it up. Also on top of that I use a towel to wipe off my makeup the owner showed me a picture of the towel, I said it was my lipstick. He then told me that is what the black towel and makeup wipes are for. I preceded to tell him there are no signs stating that and I never been to a hotel where accidental spills on sheets and using towels to clean them up where considered damages. I asked a friend who works at the Marriott, she laughed. She told me that the considered damages like holes in the walls or stealing hotel items

My husband and I just took a quick night away from home and the price couldn't be beat. We were a little apprehensive because of the price but it was such a nice hotel and the breakfast was very good, an added bonus. Don't hesitate to stay here because it is a bargain with everything the high priced motels have.
