- The area around the home is still under construction; certain roads may not be paved
- The popcorn maker is not available for guest use
- Please be aware that the home is located in a new development/construction site, so you may see or hear a an earth mover around on occasion.

- The community pool is located at the top of the development area which is less than half a mile away: 93 Willow Oak Lane- Pool Towels are in the Laundry room on Shelves.
- Only Bedroom 1 is on the main level and stairs are required to access all other bedrooms

SECURITY CAMERA INFORMATION:
- Your safety matters. This property features a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device or when the video doorbell button is pressed

PARKING:
- 5 vehicles can be parked in the front of the home for parking area

PETS: There is grass off the upper roads for your pets. Just rocks and gravel right outside the home.
