Although, the condo was very clean and the host was quick to respond to our questions, we found the condo to be in need of updates. We’ve stayed in Notch Estates several times the last few years and each time, we’ve picked a different condo just to get a feel of each one. We’ve enjoyed every one we have stayed in up until this one. This one isn’t very welcoming. It feels like a dormitory. Yes, we were only there to basically sleep but when you walk in to a place, you want it to feel warm and inviting. This one offers the bare minimum on any extras. We were told there would be enough coffee for a couple of days, there was not even a tablespoon in the can. They left just one extra trash bag for the kitchen and bathrooms. Thank goodness we remember our soaps and shampoos, because none is offered. All the others we’ve stayed in, in the past and even the ones the rest of our family stayed in had personal hygiene items provided. It says it sleeps up to 6, but one bedroom the closet is locked and is used for storage, so everyone shares one closet. I know this all sounds petty, but when you spend good money on a place, you expect it to live up to that.
