I stayed here many times over the past 15 years. The last 2 times I had a terrible experience with management showing no care. Could not use the shower because it would not drain. Couldnt reach anyone and we had to leave without showering
Location was good and in a quiet area. Breakfast was OK as it was free and filled tummy but first morning things were empty things and when I told management it was not taken care of so selection was very limited..Second morning juices were filled but then waffle stuff was just about all.
Very nice atmosphere. No problems. Great staff. Wish I could have stayed longer.

everything was great. the only thing was the room was not cleaned in a timely manor. we left at 9:00am and returned at 3:30pm and the room was not cleaned. we had leave while the cleaned the room.
The room was nice and clean, the heat and AC worked well, etc etc. The staff was friendly, and overall, we had no complaints. We would happily stay here again!
Driving to Canada for a long weekend and we needed a last minute late night reservation. Not a lot of places to choose from on the route we took. Hotel was easy to find, clean and the staff were very friendly. Room was comfortable and a good deal. Would stay there again if we were ever back in the area.

We stayed here for two nights while seeing autumn leaves and attending the Ellicottville Fall Festival. While I can't call the Bradford Comfort Inn "charming," or "quaint," it did have everything we needed. Our room was clean and reasonably comfortable, though the bed and pillows were only what I could call adequate. (Bed was a little hard, pillows a bit small for a king size bed.) But, overall, it was perfect for our needs. Things deserving a special mention were the cleanliness of the entire facility (including a sparkling clean pool and Jacuzzi), and the friendly, helpful staff.
We had a fantastic experience. The staff was super and the Inn was well kept. The pool was super. We topped off our stay with and outstanding breakfast. Super place to stay!!
Room was small and you could hear every thing going on around you.
Okay for short notice travel needs
We needed to get up in the mountains for some relaxation. This was a perfect location for that and was less then 45 minutes from Seneca Casino. Very clean motel with a friendly staff.
