We enjoyed our stay. We brought our dog and requested a ground floor room with an outside door. They accommodated our request.

Not very many options in the area so I was suprised by the high quality of the hotel. Very comfortable room and bed. Was very reasonably priced for the holiday weekend. Hotel lounge was a good place to eat and grab a drink. Nice work space in the room which is important for me as a business traveler. Would stay again.

Great facility in a charming town of Bradford. Staff seems apologetic about being born and raised there. Embrace your town and share the highlights! Room, pool, breakfast area and lounge are all upgraded, inviting and very clean.

Unfriendly Staff checking in and leaving the breakfast staff was very nice and the food was decent. the room was comfortable but very noise heard all other rooms

In town for weekend for local event so being in Bradford makes sense and this hotel is a mainstay. As great a facility and many good staff, does need a little help to be great. Not having a good set up for food(other than great continental breakfast in morning) the lounge/restaurant needs a little help. Came in for a quick evening bite and drink, but leaving after being in the lounge for almost half an hour yet never asked or recognized as even being there. The bar itself was fairly well occupied but I dont make a habit of sitting and eating at the bar when tables to eat are available. The bartender was hopping with the dozen at the bar but never seated or asked if could be helped over a reasonable timeframe doesnt thrill me or other family members who were with me. Other food locations in Bradford are known for exceptionally poor service I have found in the past and even again on this holiday weekend but this hotel could shine with a little bit of help here. I did drop money to eat and drink elsewhere but would have happily done that here. Will stay here again versus other competitors in town but as as a full line facility might travel farther next time.

Amenities were fine except we think Best Western tries too hard! The pillows on our King bed were much too big and fat and hard. Was difficult for us to get to sleep and my wife complained the next morning that she had a kink in her neck. It would have been more comfortable for us to have had an alternate pillow size on the bed. Otherwise all was OK.

the room was small, but comfortable. we asked to have the bed linens changed, as they look as though they had not been changed. the room was dusty and the upholstered chairs could use a good cleaning. check out time was at a good time.

This room was very large and clean, however it was very noisy and although I am a sound sleeper I had a bad nights sleep. We could hear our neighbors talking and their tv. Whenever the heater turned on the blower moved the window blinds and the started clanking. We could hear staff and guests in the hallway. A few staff members were friendly, but most avoided eye contact and did not say a word to you.

Room was clean and comfortable. For 100$ plus a night I think they could use some new carpeting. The town is small with not much around but the room is nice.

I did not like the area and there was nothing to do in the town. I felt like I was the only African American in Bradford. The hotel staff was very nice. I don't think i will stay in the city of Bradford again, I felt very uncomfortable.

We arrived late in the evening and stayed only one night. For some reason, the request for a roll-away bed was not included in the reservations, but it took less than a minute to locate one. The room itself was perfectly acceptable. The only issue with the room was that the placement of the double beds (which cannot be moved) did not leave enough space for the roll-away to fit next to either one. We had to shove the furniture into the corners to fit the extra bed in the room. The hotel was slightly more expensive than places I usually stay. I would like to see more options for a continental breakfast, including choices for those with various dietary needs.

courteous staff; building and room nicely kept

We stayed in the hotel to be near Alleghany National Park. The location was great, the rooms clean, the staff freindly and helpful, the complimentary breakfast was kosher, and they even had a crib for the baby!

The suite was very clean and comfortable from the king sized bed and amazing fluffy pillows to the living area with sofa bed, reclining chair, kitchinette and jacuzzi tub. The two flat screen TV's were also very nice with a good choice of cable programs. The jacuzzi tub was a great way to relax after a hectic day. The swimming area was nice as well. Great family place to stay with plenty of room.

The hotel when they cleaned the room who ever went thru our stuff we had it a special way it had all been moved, no reason for thaat was out of the way for cleaning,, and they gave us a handicap room we are not handicap and when u took a shower the water went out onto the bathroom floor, had I been handicap that could cause an accident, and the breakfast was frozen eggos,(heated) cereal was not good, and defintely not worth paying for..........
