This captivating 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home features all the amenities you can think of for your beach vacation and offers an unbeatable location. This home is ideal for families and small groups.

This home can accommodate up to 7 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:

Rental age restrictions:
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150 non-refundable fee per pet*.
*Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. Please let us know if you have questions about the policies prior to booking. We are also willing to accept a cat.
- Dock is not functional to store a boat at this time and not allowed.
- Pool Heat Fee: Additional $25 per day from November thru March. Pool temperature is set to 86 degrees, however, if air temps drop below 70 degrees, pool temperature may drop significantly. Temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and Government-Issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.

Beautiful house with a beautiful view.

Spanish style house with an amazing bay view and gorgeous sunsets. The screened pool and patio area are excellent for relaxing. Inside the house is comfortable and beautifully decorated, with an awesome kitchen. The only problem is when the flight pattern from Sarasota airport sends noisy take offs out over the bay. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

A Perfect place to Stay

Although the furniture style wasn’t to our liking, we overlooked that fact to enjoy the spacious size of the home, the modern efficient kitchen, and a view to die for. Everything in the home met our needs. The pool was clean, the management company was spacious, and all our needs were met by the management company. We didn’t want to leave the lanai area. Our only minor complaint was that the pillows were too soft. We’d definitely return to this mansion on the bay again.

Beautiful sunsets every night

This is a grand home overlooking Sarasota Bay. We enjoyed watching waterfowl in the morning on the oyster beds when the tide was out, and glorious sunsets over the bay in the evening. The home is best suited for adults who enjoy peace and quiet as it is situated in a quiet neighborhood. We are definitely looking forward to our next stay!
