We have taken pleasure in making sure the home we provide has the listed amenities available, is clean, and is well maintained. Although we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that before leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and any dirty towels in the hamper. Also, please report any malfunctioning appliances or issues to us right away. The house is very comfortable, and we hope you love it as much as we do. We want to emphasize that there is to be absolutely NO SMOKING in the home. Also, cooking with strong-smelling spices or deep frying is prohibited. Guests have done this in the past and it has taken nearly three days to remove the strong odors from the house, even with our professional cleaning. If the home is found to have a pungent smell from cooking or smoking following your stay, we will need to impose a $300 fine.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a desk.

It was our first time visiting Anna Maria island and staying at this beach house place was a great experience. The place is cute, neat, & very clean. Location is very convenient and close to restaurants and shoppings. The beach was about 5-10mins without traffic. My family and I enjoyed the games that were available there. It felt like you’re at home! We would definitely come back to this beach house again! Highly recommended!!

Host was welcoming. But sent a strange text days before that outlined in great detail why NOT to contact them with concerns. I think it was meant to be humorous. Then the welcome book outlined a list of fees that would be charged if those things were missing. Not sure if they have a lot of trouble with theft. This property is very dated, as we could see in the pictures. Towels and washcloths are old. I never got the shower to become hot despite running it a long time. Lots of dishes and cooking items was nice.
