Perfect Family Vacation spot!

We were comfortable and in heaven at this beautiful, new condo. The view is amazing and location is prime with walking access to the pier. Easy access to the island! Host Brian was helpful and made check in so easy. I recommend Coastline for snorkeling excursion to Egmont Key and Kayaking with AMI paddleboards. We will be back!

Incomparable Location

We love the location. Convenient to the island without the congestion. The view from the porch is one of our favorite parts of the stay. A great sunset from your porch. The washing machine broke down but Brian jumped in so that it wasn’t a problem for us. Thank you, Brian!

Absolutely the best Condo in Bradenton

Beautiful, clean and quiet Condo. The location is perfect, views are gorgeous, nicely furnished including kitchen. The pool was perfect. Grills were great for cooking. We loved calling this our home for the week. The Host, Brian was great and responded to our inquiries in an extremely timely manner. This was definitely one of those places we hated to leave and look forward to renting again.

Sunset Retreat

The screened-in porch became our hub -- morning coffee, reading, cocktail hour and sunsets over Anna Maria Island. All was clean and well appointed with comfy beds, beach towels and beach chairs. Great spot!

Location location!

Sunset Escape was the perfect stay for our group. We celebrated our son’s wedding at the nearby Bishop Museum and Pier 22 in downtown Bradenton. The condo is spacious with large bathrooms and comfortable beds. Lots of seating in the kitchen/living space and a large screened in lanai with amazing views and sunsets! Not to mention watching the birds and boats while having coffee was a highlight! We used to live in the area so we are familiar with all that Bradenton and Ana Maria have to offer. You have the best of both areas because this condo lies between downtown and the beaches. Fishing and outdoor activities are abundant. My only critique would be that it would be nice to have hand soap in each bathrooms and shampoo to get you started on your trip. Small soap bars are provided. There aren’t really any spices if you like to cook. They do provide trash bags and cleaning supplies. The toaster wasn’t working but Brian was going to order a new one right away and was very responsive to that. Overall, we had an amazing time and can’t wait to return!

Great family/friend vacation

Absolutely gorgeous property! We loved every minute of our stay! The owner was great to work with on any questions I may of had about the location, check-in etc. We had easy access to local beaches as well as the convenience of the pool being near our condo. It was nice to be able to have the rotation of beach days and pool days. The view of the inlet was breathtaking in the evenings with the sunset. I would highly recommend Brian and Sunset Escape for your stay. We will definitely be back for another stay. Thank you again Brian for an absolutely wonderful family vacation.. and lifetime of memories made.

Paradise just off AMI

Amazing Property

My family and I just had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful property!! The condo is just charming and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watch the boats go by. Also loved watching the sunset! So close to AMI just over the bridge….We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful inside and out - Excellent location

This was a wonderful place to stay while we were in town for a weekend wedding in the Bradenton Area. The location just before Anna Maria sound is excellent for getting out to the beach strip with Holmes Beach Anna Maria Island and Bradenton Beach and all the waterfront restaurants/bars and at the same time super close proximity to grocery stores and shopping in Bradenton all along Manatee. The unit owner was super communicative from the very beginning and checked in with us when we arrived to make sure everything was good to go. Super easy to get in touch with them. The unit itself was very well laid out with lots of privacy for each individual bedroom and having ensuite bathrooms with two of the bedrooms was perfect for our family. The common area (living, kitchen, dining) is well laid out with tons of seating, plus good sight lines from most every single part of the common area straight out the back to the waterfront. The kitchen was huge the island was almost oversized with additional counter seating and fully stocked with all utensils and cooking needs. Though we didn't cook at all since we were always out enjoying the restaurants and bars. The screened in patio is HUGE and perfect for cocktail hour and meals--was our favorite part for sure. Anchorage has got those two of us had to do some work from the road, and sitting out there with our laptops was a true pleasure. Tons of wildlife activity right outside the door, majestic sunsets and salt air breezes--we loved it and would definitely stay again.
