Storage closet in outside hallway to store golf clubs. Beach chairs and umbrella are included.
Assigned covered parking spot right in front of the building.
Incredible Manatee River views from the dining room and living area in this 4th floor (full elevator) unit. Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets every day from inside or on the screened Lanai! Dining table for 4 inside as well as on the lanai.
Entertainers’ kitchen, with quartz countertops, new dramatic coastal backsplash, open to the living room and dining room. Main living areas has gorgeous tile flooring with luxury vinyl plank in the bedrooms. New fans and beautiful light fixtures.
Community is perfect for walking along the pristine, landscaped streets. There is one luxurious large main pool on the river, with plenty of seating and tables. The main fitness center, newly remodeled, is right in the pool area. It also has two satellite pools, one being across the street from the unit and that houses a smaller gym on site.
There is a second clubhouse by the Marina, tennis courts, kayak and canoe launch, and a walking trail along the river. There is also an events coordinator who arranges exercise classes and neighborhood events for everyone.
